I have been using central dispatch for over 6 years and have been happy with them till they came out with that new search. TOTAL GARBAGE, why would you change something that worked to something that is POS .
Stupid new search
New search is not practical and not thought after. I use central dispatch for 5 years but cancelled their service today because they think they can twist our arms with their stupid new search interface.

Very rude customer service , when you put an honest review on their portal for a transport company they will not posted so they will let the other customer know about the transporter that will deliver their vehicle .

An absolute trash organization that will charge you twice for the same service because 'that's the way it is in their system' and then put you on eternal hold so that you will hopefully go away.
The best thing you can do is make a record of all the haulers who use the service and then call them directly. Don't waste time dealing with Central Dispatch. If you do it this way you'll save over a thousand dollars a year without the headaches of being overcharged or blown off.
There's a reason why their automated system tells you, "rude language to our employees won't be tolerated." Their business practices put these unfortunate people in that line of fire.

My driver's name is Vili. Vili picked up and dropped off my car a few weeks ago. He was very kind and did a good job of telling me when he would arrive. He was very accommodating with coordinating a pickup and dropoff location and did everything he could to deliver my car safely and conveniently. Thank you, Vili!
Just Terrible!
I can see I am not the only one with a horrible experience. Tried to re-instate my account. They told me I was second in the queue and that I would have someone call me back shortly. A week and a half later they called. When talking to the aren I had images of Flash the Sloth from Zootopia on the other end of the phone, but with out the personality.

Jared with Sun City was great. Picked my vehicle up early and delivered it early. Will use again if I ever need to ship a vehicle. The price to ship a vehicle from Aubrey TX, to El Paso Tx was cheaper than having to pay gas and drive it myself.
Shippers shouldnt be allowed if they make you register THE SAME EXACT INFO separately with them
As a transporter, you have to upload all your info, insurance etc to be eligible to use Central Dispatch. However, you get some shippers that will make you do the SAME THING before transporting with them. It's a hassle. They should be required to access our info on Central Disp to see if we meet their requirements or not. I don't like to have to do double the work.
They charge a lot of money for monthly…
They charge a lot of money for monthly subscription and keep suspending the account when you use it for business making you to create new accounts and pay even more. Some how account gets suspended right after their business hours and you need to wait for next day to contact them. Its is paid service and client must have unlimited access to business account. Very bad customer support.
Horrible company
Horrible company. If you're a shipper don't expect them to work on your behalf. I filed a negative review based on my experience with a transporter (damaged my vehicle) and they denied it despite pictures and video evidence. They held my review for a number of days and then asked for supporting docs. I provided them (what is more proof than pictures and video?) and they denied it. You can post bulls*t fake positive reviews but heaven forbid you provide an honest truthful substantiated negative review. Clearly a biased operation. There are plenty of other boards to use.

I just had my vehicle shipped from Florida to California by Paiba Transportation Corp thru Central Dispatch. I was totally satisfied, the vehicle arrived early, in excellent shape and drivers were very friendly/courteous. I would recommend Paiba Transportation Corp for you car transportation needs. It was far better than driving it myself!

Unfair rating practices
When it comes to rating a company for not keeping up with their part of the contract they are terrible. They are not at all concerned about any loss to your business or the other company keeping their end of the deal. They just tell you to resolve the issue on your own.

We received a negative rating for a vehicle that we never formally accepted with Central dispatch.
We reach out to the costumer and let them know that due to failure on the carriers hydraulic systems we were unable to load or unloads vehicles. The carrier in question is still INOP. But my main concern is how do you get a negative rating on a load that is not assigned to you as per guidelines.

Central Dispatch is a terrible company…
Central Dispatch is a terrible company to try and do business with. Their customer service office is located in Utah and there representatives have more excuses for their failures and delays than any company we have done business with in the 37 years we have been a commercial truck dealer. When your simple questions or requests are not met they refuse to connect you to a supervisor. They claim they have no phone numbers to any management staff or any headquarters. Ridiculous.
We have come to find out they are now owned by Manheim auctions... which explains it all.
