they only got a one because there is no minus. they are all smiles tell you they want to save you money. Charge you a booking fee before even seeing car tell you the car is secure with them when you go to drop it off tell you you have to sign a liability waver so they can leave it unattended on the road side. I would never trust this lot again. when ask for my booking fee returned they became aggressive lied and told me they would not refund booking fee and the problem was me. My opinion of them arrogant untrust worthy

In response to your reply

Yes you did state that you may not be able to complete repair in a day and yes you did state that the car may not be able to be kept inside the garage overnight to which I asked if not parked inside would the car be safe and secure to which your reply was yes. I do not consider my car being left outside in the street with a window down as being safe and secure. Your employee stated that the waver was standard as your insurance would not cover my car outside the workshop. So I had accept liability if anything happened to it . This was unacceptable this was not what was agreed.

Hi Peter
Thank you for leaving your review.
As explained within your first contact the booking fee was to secure the booking and not a deposit.
We explained that we could book you in on the Monday (at very short notice), but we did not have room in the workshop overnight and if we could not repair the back window on the day we would have to dismantle, reassemble, dismantle and reassemble again on another day to complete the job. You were informed that this would be the case on three separate occasions - firstly during the initial contact, secondly, before you paid the booking fee and finally, the morning you came to dropped your vehicle off. At this point you refused to sign the job sheet although you had start to complete the tick box part of for GDPR purposes, and took the vehicle away
The waver we asked you to sign, is one we have for all customers to ensure they are aware that their vehicle may be parked outside the building.
I hope this clears up your misunderstanding, in no way shape or form do we feel that we have misled you or been untrustworthy - as I have explained clearly above the areas you have detailed your greviences around.
Many thanks
