We've had a good experience with Central Mailing Services, the only issue was at the very beginning; we needed cleared funds for any work to start, which has caused delays in sending out the items and had to be relayed to our client. That wasn't ideal and didn't reflect well on us. I believe the payment terms are 30 days I believe, therefore our Accounts department had to amend and rush the payment, whilst we struggled to justify the delay to our client.

Caroline has always been really accommodating, quick to respond and helpful with any of our mailing requests! Would definitely recommend

CMS have helped us from the start. When we began first sending mailings CMS were able to advise us on the options and best strategies for success. They took what was a relatively unknown service and made it simple for us to use. From that first mailing we now run 7 mailings per year through them and always receive great service. There are very few problems and reliability is first and foremost.

We have been using Central Mailing Services for a few years now and always find Caroline Hall extremely helpful, fast and efficient when dealing with requests. From single print jobs to complex DM mailings, prices are competitive and jobs completed to a high standard.

Central Mailing Services are efficient and cost effective but what makes them so good is their customer support. They really go out of their way to help in any way possible, and it is this that means we'll be using them again and again.

I have been dealing with Central Mailing and Luke Hickin on a regular mailing project now for a couple of years and have always found Luke to be extremely helpful and proactive in ensuring my client gets the best value for money with all their data processing and will ensure the project completes quickly and efficiently, nothing is too much trouble and he answers any questions out of hours. 5 star service is rare to find, but Luke and Central Mailing provide this.

All emails are answered efficiently and always offered an attentive level of service, especially when dealing with mailing projects with complex data and fulfilment requirements. Using CMS will allow us to easily scale up the size and quantity of direct mail campaigns that we run in the future.
