I would highly recommend Central UK Vehicle leasing. They are hands down one of the best leasing companies I have used, very quick to respond to queries. The special deals emails always have the best prices on the market. We are now on our second car and will always use them for leasing. Big shout to Scott for helping us again.

I have always been very pro this company, but my opinion has changed drastically since they supplied my "new car" on 7th August this year, it was dirty, smelly and in an appalling condition, with an excessive 295 miles on the clock. I allege it was not a new car, but a second hand vehicle, pretending to be new. There's a word for this kind of misrepresentation. It seems that I am stuck with it now, and promises they seemed to extract from Stellantis have not been kept. The car has not been driven since it was supplied and I am extremely frustrated and annoyed at my dealings with Central Leasing. Hardly the New Car Experience you'd hope for. I won't use them again, unfortunately, and it's their own fault. Think before you buy from them

We spoke 3 weeks ago and they said the car was in stock, it took them 3 weeks to just do a credit check and they didn't get any results, when I spoke again they said they had no car left. Total waste of time, they didn't even inform me during all this

Liaised with Scott and managed to get me the exact deal I wanted all confirmed within the day. Comms were fast, personally phoning me and discussing options as somewhat faster than emails when looking for a particular model/offer that are few and far between. Car arrived on time and the process was seemless, however the car arrived dirty and with several issues. No response after nearly a month, seems like they don't care after you've signed the contract.

It's great that you replied to the review, if only you would do the courtesy of replying to my emails.

Yes I did raise it after a week, as I wasn't aware I could report cleanliness when signing for the car, I checked for damage and thankfully there wasn't any. I don't know where it said the car was clean internally and externally but raised it with the driver who said it was stored on a muddy car park. I do have video evidence from the day it was delivered, while the driver was present, if you did want to raise it with the dealer, doesn't seem like you want to make it right.

I raised a couple of issues on the same email, your response was 'I will get in touch with the dealer regarding the android auto to see if they can advise' and to take the car to the vw dealer to diagnose what the issue is in regards to the sensors.

This is my second lease, the first company responded to my emails and helped if there were any issues, so I don't know if my expectations are too high in receiving that courtesy.
