bought a paraboot on their site and…

bought a paraboot on their site and they didn’t even bother to double box the shoes it came with just the plastic and the shoe box inside was fcuking destroyed. considering it is a expensive item but they didn’t care at all. what a fcuking shop. yall suck ass

Customer service do not answer

Sent numerous e-mails to customer service without getting any answers. The first ones was inquiries about sizes. Ok, so maybe that's not a big problem. What is a big problem on the other hand is that they don't confirm returns or answer e-mails hurrying them to do so...

Ce qui est un gros problème, en revanche, c'est qu'ils ne confirment pas les retours ni ne répondent aux e-mails les pressant de le faire...

Very nice store

Very nice store, bought a pair of Veja's which I love but after some quality issues I reached to them and were quite unhelpful (asked me to reach Veja when they are same owners and official retailer).
