Terrible speed and worst customer service. Erik was quick to take our credit card info and no help with the lack of speed even calling the same day of connection. Now he simply refers us to the 800 number.

I spoke with Michael R. to get more information on the services offered. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Michael was very thorough when answering my questions and provided all the information I needed to know prior to scheduling my installation appointment.
Friendly & excellent customer service
Constant persistent outages since switching to them. In one week we experienced 2-3 outages that lasted half the day. Once it goes out, most likely that’s the rest of the day. They don’t call back people like they claim. The worst I’ve seen from an internet provider.

Makenzie was an absolute angel today!!!! I cannot thank her so much for working with the technician and getting my house on schedule for service. I work from home and was stressing so much because I wasn’t sure how I was going to wait until the 9th to get my service set up. She went out of her way to call for me and got Andrew to come out. I could not be more grateful. She deserves a raise!!!!
Ryan was easy to talk to, very informative and overall great experience.
I wish I could give no stars. I have had this for a year now. Since I got it, I have had someone at my house almost monthly to fix something. The internet crashes every 1-2 hours for about 5 minutes. Then after a year of back and forth with them waiting for it to be fixed, I was charged $10 more a month. Terrible service all around.

I have had Centric internet service since Aug. 2024 and have nothing but problems with it. They continually change my IP address and it messes up my TV streaming and I am continually calling my streaming service having to reset my home location. In the last tree weeks it is a daily occurrence. It then flashes off and on for 5 to 15 min. Before it will load anything. I have been a pest for my streaming company. Have contacted Centric to be told when they change the IP address it is not even close to our home area but they are working on it. In the meantime they still charge me full price for their service. I have cancelled and went with another provider. On cancelling, they charged my credit card on the 20th of Dec. and I cancelled on Dec. 31 to be told that my internet will still work until Jan. 20th because they don’t want to give a refund. This is crap when you are no longer using their service and the service has been horrible to deal with for the past three weeks and not real good since starting with their service.

The internet constantly goes out. I'll have to reboot the router/modem multiple times almost every day lately. Try getting ahold of Centric Fiber customer service, and you'll get sent to voicemail. I work in tech, so I can sympathize with the idea that there are many struggles that come with being an internet service provider. I just really hope Centric gets their act together soon, else I'm going to switch providers. As of now, cannot recommend.

Coming from Spectrum for 15 years (I originally had them scheduled, and after 3 mishaps with scheduling, and no confirmation email or phone call the day before install) I decided to utilize the already installed infrastructure. I am very pleased with the ease of activation and answering the questions I had regarding using my own firewall and access points. While I look forward to integrating my home infrastructure and automation with the Centric service, I am hopeful and certain that I made the right decision calling Centric.
