Honestly I thought I would never switch to rapid but I was downbad to have a working server with spectacular customer service from the owner and Jayden H, They have helped me every time I had an issue and never let me down 10000/10 experience I will always run rapid till I can't It's affordable amazing quality and they will never let you down!

I have used rapid hosting on and off for a few months now. The staff have acted like children not only in the tickets but in general chats as well. They are constantly talking about other people/company's instead of progressing there own and finding mature staff. Almost everyone in the entire staff team is under age... If and when staff are out of high school I may return.

One of the best hosting companies i've used and i've used allot. The owner of the company responds to my ticket in a timely fashion and is respectful.

To begin this, the service while using Rapid Hosting was great, which is the reason it's not getting a 1 star. The reason for this low rating is more because of their failure to abide by their own policy. I created a customer support ticket requesting a refund as I made the mistake of forgetting to cancel a subscription beforehand, ensuring I was following the refund policy on their website. The TOS states the following:

"If over 24 hours we are not going to be giving a refund.
If service is broken in a way.
If service is down for more than 24 hours
If your service does not meet these requirements, we will not give a refund."

After creating a ticket I was told I couldnt be given a refund as their policy on refunds was apparently changed, which took them a week after the ticket was created to even mention. I continued about the TOS until they offered me store credit, which was useless as I cancelled the subscription for a reason. The ticket was eventually closed and to this day the policy hasn't been "updated". In conclusion, I lost my money due to the company not following their own policies and TOS.

I went through troubles with 2 hosting companies before i was introduced to rapid. They have been nothing but good and support is impeccable. Every time someone asks me about servers, i point them right over as well.
