Difficult to cancel

When you initially attempt to cancel you receive a email with a offer for a discount rather than a email effecting cancellation. This email makes it clear how to accept the discount but does not make it clear what if any further action is necessary to effect cancellation. Centrobill terms and conditions are such that cancellation is not effected until you receive a email clearly confirming this, so at this point you need to take further action - something the email replying to an initial request for cancellation gives no indication of. Now Centrobill cancellation process may be legal and if you carefully read the terms and conditions you may avoid being rebilled but in practice how many people careful read terms and conditions when making a purchase. With most responsible companies you don't have to! I argue that the cancellation process is designed to catch out customers who have not carefully read the T&C rather than promote a good customer experience. When they send the initial offer of a discount there should include in this email a clear statement of what action is required to reject the offer and confirm cancellation. Centrobill will no doubt say they acted within the T&C but this only proves they acted legally not that they offer good customer service.

I also am being charged 24.99 called centrobill and the wanted all of the numbers on my card? I'm not comfortable with that and besides you must have it, I'm getting a deduction each month.
It was not easy getting a live person but I indeed did and with that was asked for account numbers. Here is the number that is on my bank statements. 8777788382. CY10140009

1) Centrobill employees would never ask you for the whole card number. This is strictly prohibited by internal policies and also totally useless for the purpose of locating your order information in our system (we would only ask first 6 and last 4 digits).
2) The order reference number provided in your review is definitely not Centrobill's.
3) Centrobill is currently not answering to live calls, only the voice mail. It's absolutely impossible that you could call our number and talk to us. Could you please kindly tell us which number did you call and when?

FRAUDSTERS.

Centrobill charged me three times the advertised price for a subscription in the first instance, but after a few attempts - it took several messages before I had to email them directly - they finally provided me with the refund I asked for. THEN they claimed to have removed my card from their database only to charge me again 2 days later. FRAUDSTER COMPANY.

At first, we instructed your bank to reserve $14.98 on your card. Just 30 minutes later we ONLY charged $4.99 from that amount and immediately instructed your bank to release the rest. Also, 5 hours ago even those $4.99 were refunded as per your request.

Our support staff absolutely correctly explained to you what happened and were politely following your requests. Unfortunately, you are too bound to your incorrect opinion to listen to what we say.
Our only resort is that if you give a call to your bank they'll confirm our words. Don't forget to apologize and write a better review after that.

Centrobill commented on my last review in a way to try and discredit my terrible experience with this notorious company. I wish you could upload pictures with these reviews so I could copy the email conversation I had with support@centrobilldotcom. The only way to cancel payments is to go to the bank and cancel your card. No HD. Not worth what you pay. I would say horrible customer service but their customer service is non-existent...

After reading many of the bad reviews…

After reading many of the bad reviews about Centrobill, I felt compelled to share my experience... I, like many others posting reviews, decided to join a models premium snapchat. I assume most of the other reviewers did the same thing as me.... didnt read EVERYTHING before paying and didnt cancel my trial before it ended. Subsequently I was charged in full...

I wrote to their support and was explained why I was charged. They gave me the option to cancel my membership so I wouldnt be charged further. Moral of the story; 1. I was helped in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Read everything before agreeing and if you dont cancel in time, suck it up and chalk it up to it being your fault and not the company processing payments. 3. Dont blame others for your stupidity!

Charged $500 for two day free trial

I shouldnt even be giving these people one star that's how bad this is. I was just charged $500 for a supposed two day free trial. I've emailed and sent voice messages to this company but haven't heard anything back yet. II do not hear anything back in the next day I will be contacting a lawyer to get this moving forward because this is complete and utter bs. Big scam. Now centrobill is calling me a blackmailer? What is wrong with you? Sandra Smith from snapchat sent me her link for a 2 day free trial, now i have been charged 500$ after signing up. Pleas Please refund me my money!

Perhaps blackmailers like you should not even register on review websites. You have consciously chosen a rather expensive option to make 1-time payment to fancentro.com/henessy. Terms of payment were clearly displayed to you before purchase, and you have explicitly agreed to the terms and conditions of the service. Nowhere it said anything about two days free trial.

Updated: all available evidence proves that you were given a link to the fancentro.com's default join page, then manually changed the option to "$500/one-time".
After that,​ you were redirected to centrobill.com for payment, where you were ONCE AGAIN clearly shown that you will be charged $500.
Even further you successfully passed "Mastercard SecureCode" verification by your bank, and presumably, your bank also informed you that you will be charged $500.

Mr. Cavalieri, you have ignored everything fancentro, centrobill and even your own bank were telling you. And now Centrobill turns out to be a "big scam".
How's that? What's wrong with you?

In fact, you have already received a refund.
It was just so dishonest Mr. Cavalieri that you called us a "big scam" and accused us in all the crimes without even trying to admit your own mistake.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Tried emailing a couple of times about a billing situation, got absolutely no sign of a reply.

Such a poor experience and would not recommend subscribing to services that bill you through this service.

Was charged 20$ three separate times, police?

Was charged 20$ three separate times on the same day? And have no clue what these charges are for. I have no one else in my household that can take my card and believe it to have been hacked or stolen off my personal phone or laptop. I expect my money back, how can I do this or do I make a police report or something?

Indeed might be that someone stole your card details and used to make payments to us. Here is what you may want to do (if not yet):
- immediately inform your bank
- email support@centrohelp.com, tell us the last 4 digits of your card number, dates and amounts of those fraudulent charges
- file a complaint to local police, let them know our address support@centrobill.com. Per their request, we will be happy to disclose all we know about the fraudster.

We didn’t charge you. However, we instructed your bank to reserve an amount on your card for the full membership. Some banks may display this as a charge, but it’s not.
The amount reserved for us will only be charged when the trial period is finished. If you cancel the trial, amount will be released automatically.

I received the refund I asked for

I received the refund I asked for, for a pornstar page since I was charged twice. However, I cancelled my subscription on 20th April (finalised on 21st), yet I received two charges for $1.20 on the 20th April and then the 23rd April, despite the fact no further charges were meant to be done. The charges on centrobill say I can change the payment method on the pornstar's website, but when I go to sign in there, it says my account is invalid cos I've cancelled it. How on Earth do I stop these occasional charges? I asked at centrobill support and they told me to remove my card, despite the fact tmy card had already been removed at that point. What do I do?

I originally paid on 29th march but I was charged again on the 20th april, I already cancelled on the 6th april which said I would be billed no more after then. I should not have been charged again, but I was, so I pledged for a refund. That does not explain the two charges mentioned of $1.20, which both appear on my payments list on centroBill as 'successful', occurred. Im assuming that by 28th april all these Problems will disppear (I also did not intend the subscription to be ended right away, I was fine with the 28th, it was just the extra charge of $35.94 on 20th april I was concerned about).

Mr. Jackson, Centrobill never charged 1.20 from your account. Call your bank to find out what were those charges for.
Also, note that you were not eligible for the refund at all, because the charge took place almost a week before you canceled and the reason you provided said you were charged after you canceled.

REFUND / No email confirmation provided!

Hello,

I have purchased a premium subscription from a model, resulting in she blocking me over allegations that are not true. I have the full SnapChat history of me trying to prove that I was not taking screenshots of her story. I even went to research online and discovered a pretty common SnapChat glitch that falsy notifies the user that a screenshot of her story has been taken when that was absolutely not the case. I also have proof of how long did it take me to make a decision to get her premium and I would not waste my money over a useless screenshot. I'm also taking this to SnapChat as I feel absolutely robbed by her.

Please help me address this problem and do what is right, as I am in no way at fault of what happened.
