Not a scam
While they are a fine-print subscription service, I think the ease of access and UI, along with generally more clear subscription services/ charges than most anywhere else, I think this company is doing a great job at what they do. Unfortunately the reoccurring charges for some items were a bit too pricey for my longterm but I still enjoyed the service provided. I hope that my unsubscribed account doesnt charge me, as it is my understanding the first charge was for the following months and I had unsubscribed during that time.
In all, pending a fraudulent charge this next month occurring or not, top notch for the industry they represent. Great job😁!

I was planning to purchase an xtube video for 24 hours but then I saw this site, trustpilot, where centrobill gets a lot of negative reviews. And now I am having second thoughts on paying through centrobill, fearing that I might be charged more than what I purchase. Perhaps the centrobill team would be so kind as to shed some light on why they get a lot of negative reviews from people claiming that they have been charged for stuff they didn't purchase. An explanation would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did the free trial bank says was charged 0$ but tried to do free trial with influencer also did not work. Asked for refund but my email was not being accepted. Will like refund if card is charged because i tried canceling just a few hours after I signed up with fancentro

Update: Fancentro was extremely helpful in my situation and understood what I was dealing with. I honestly thought I was going to have to put up a fight or go through the ringer because of all these bad reviews. Note: READ THE TERMS BEFORE YOU BUY. The terms and agreement on their website has all the information before you buy an account. It’ll list out the procedures for refunds, what qualifies as a refund, etc, read the document before you buy!!! Most everyone that left a bad review here, it was their fault. It is not Fancentro’s fault that you put in the wrong email and then made a payment on that wrong email. You should always verify your account details before you buy. Also stop blaming Fancentro for charging for free trials. Every single free trial states the date you can cancel before you are charged for that monthly fee. If you do actually cancel before that date and notice that the funds isn’t in your account, it’s not because Fancentro charged you illegally it’s because your bank or credit card is holding those funds for confirmation and it takes awhile for banks to disburse those back into your account. Banks are slow, I would know because I worked at one. And if you forget you have a free trial and try to cancel after the date specified, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. YOU KNEW THE TERMS AND YOU FORGOT, STOP TRYING TO BLAME FANCENTRO FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE. Because you just want a refund. Do your research before you post a bad review or send an email to them and threaten to take them to court because they’ve got all their bases covered and all the legalities. At the end of the day, they don’t have to be accommodating if you’re rude about it but still have tried to help when people lie or are rude to them. Realize that there’s an actual human being working these complaints and emails. We all have empathy, they’re not getting paid to do this job to screw people over. They want to help out as best as they can but you have to realize that there are certain rules and procedures that they must follow no matter what. So don’t be a jerk to them because you want your money back, that’s not going to solve anything and they will be less inclined to help. This is actually the only good review I can see for a long period of time, but you guys deserve more good reviews. All these people that are in fault are trying to ruin a businesses reputation because they wanna be cheap and petty.

Bought a premium account deal, didn’t get what I paid for, says she posts new shows every day but didn’t. Group premium didn’t post two new shows every day like it said. Supposed to get a 30+ multi girl Dropbox but didn’t. Messaged one of her friends to get everything, was helped out by the friend. Then received a message from Kallie saying that I’m spreading false rumors, that I’m immature and her account is only for 18+, and that she was going to delete me from everything. She blamed fancentro for adding 4,000 new accounts and that’s the reason she’s not doing what you paid for. She doesn’t value her members and doesn’t like doing premium anymore (actual statement about the premium and have a screenshot.) I just wanted a more personalized experience with the owner I buy from and I’ve never had an issue with fancentro in the past. I’ve emailed them multiple times but haven’t gotten a response yet but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt since this is a weird situation. I would just like a credit to my account so I can use that money I paid for Kallie’s account, on someone that values their members and will give them a personal experience that they paid for. I just hope Kallie realizes what she’s doing and changes, or decides to step down from premium.

I can't get my refund but i just cancel my subscription before the 3 days trial. Centrobill said it is a free trial for 3 days, then i start my free trial last night and i cancel it afterwards that time only. but after they got my credits it is supposed to be refunded like every free trial scenarios but i get no refunds. I subscribed to a premium snap over 4 days ago now. The ‘influencer’ states to allow them 48 hours to add you back so that we can view the content. This has not happened, and I am still waiting. This has completely put me off and I no longer wish to be subscribed and would like a refund please. Especially seeing as I have seen 0 content. Very disappointed

Only got 1 star because I couldn’t give 0... purchased a FREE trial and I was charged for a membership. Went to cancel my membership and it tells me that I’m not using the correct email when I was looking at the damn account with the email in front of me... very displeased. Also did not receive ANY sort of content because it said it was never charged... bank account says otherwise. Probably taking this to court. Absolutely ridiculous

i was going to purchase something very small on Xtube, it was supposed to be a 1-time 99c fee...i got to the next page, they wanted $2.95 in x-tube money to be purchased....it wouldn't let me do my 1 time 99c purchase....then they tried to suck an extra $1 out of me, for 1 day, then after that, $29.95/month for recurring membership....so i looked for terms of service & terms of use for Centrobill, & i couldn't find anywhere where i could actually connect to a human being by phone or internet chat......searched all over , as far as i knew to search, even looking for a sister company, that might have a number, and of course, nothing...no phone number or even a link to a customer service representative chat....after that, i dug up reviews from trustpilot & saw NUMEROUS bad reviews of the company....i read them to see what the arguments were about..and each time Centrobill argues, with grievous pettiness, with their PAYING customer(s)....and provokes them usually further then how already or annoyed they already are.....instead of actually aiding them in CIVILLY fixing their issue...i'm sorry, but i won't be doing any business with Centrobill.....isn't it nice how you diverted from fixing any problems that exist, but rather, shifting the blame to me and calling me BAD.......sad way to deal.....not civil at all..o & by the way, for all of you reading the reviews, if you look at the top of the page, you'll see there's a chart for ALL THE REVIEWS & averaged out, 64% of the reviews are bad & 12% are poor.....great & excellent ratings speak for themselves....quite low really, to be honest...you know Centrobill, NUMBERS DON'T LIE!

This site is a sham...purchased a $85 tier package from this Olivia “influencer”. After 4 days she gave me access to her snap chat (that was $45 for access) but never sent the 85 videos and photos that were to come with the purchase. Tried canceling the purchase within a few days of purchase, as I knew it was a scam. Snap stories were just replayed from memories. Never got the 85 videos (17 days later now) customer support said she fulfilled her obligation of the sale. Would not respond after that. Guys, just dispute it with you bank within 6 weeks. Customer service will not refund you if it was a one time purchase, or if the “influencer” does not follow through. Currently just filed a small claims summons and complaint in my local civil court against fancentro, as they were the billing agent for the influencer. I would like court records to show how much of a sham this is. They’re so ignorant they clearly did not see my email signatures showed I was an attorney. Clearly I know my legal rights, I also know how to file complaints and civil actions. Worth the $184 filing fee to have their name now forever documented in the Wisconsin court system as being sued. I have reached out to centro bill customer service. They had issues contacting the seller. Stated because she added me to her snap (though it’s a scam account) she fulfilled her obligation. Even though I purchased 85 videos and never received them. Photo of centro bill description states 85 videos upon purchase. Not 16+ days later. Centro support did not fulfill its fiduciary duty to the consumer.
