Great mobile experience!

Most companies don't give enough attention to their mobile experience. The site was easy to navigate and had a wonderful flow. Products were easy to find and the design is clean and modern.

Great expirience good service

The salesperson worked with me to find the right package for my needs at a very reasonable price. I have had cable in the past and this service has been more affordable and more reliable. I have had the service for almost 5 years and the customer service has always been helpful whenever I have had questions or technical issues.

Fast, informative, & great sales reps!

I recently had to call to switch providers due to a move. I was hesitant at first since I've been a cable customer for so long but the site was easy to navigate through and very informative. Once I called, I was surprised at how fast my speeds were in my area and the price was fantastic! The sales agent I spoke with was friendly and helped make the switch very easy. My modem arrived quickly and I was able to install it on my own in about 3 min. My internet is the most reliable it's every been! Highly recommended!

Honest and Upfront. Reasonably Priced.

My wife and I moved from idaho and needed to transfer our services to a new address. Centurylink did a great job of making the transition easier. Although the area we live in had slower speeds, they were able to give us the best price available and were honest and upfront that they were working on getting more bandwidth in the area.

Simple, Fast and Easy

I'm not usually a fan of talking to internet providers on the phone, but this experience overshadowed some of the worst of those calls. It was fast, simple, and the rep was very very helpful taking the time to teach me what I needed to know to make the best decision.

Great experience, easy transaction

I ordered internet services on centurylinkquote and the experience was very smooth. I got the best package for my location at a great price based on the research I was able to do on the website before calling to order.

Great connectivity

Always able to get online any time of day. Since my alarm system is connected via the Internet, I trust my family's safety to them. Never disappointed.

Decent, but not spectacular

I've had a few moments of noticeable down time where the Internet wasn't working, and I don't know why. Overall, though, it has generally worked fine and I've been able to stream video and watch movies without any issues.

Incredibly Easy

I called in to set up Internet for my home last month and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get it all figured out. The sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to finding the package that was just right for me. I was a bit disappointed that the service took so long to get turned on...it is 2015 after all. But I haven't had any issues since!
