I sought to purchase different versions of their dual ply sandbag, but adding any version into my basket always resulted in the lightest version being added. I contacted support about this, including a question regarding the difference between the model offered on the .eu website and the .com website.
A few hours later, after office hours, I chatted with support. During that same evening they contacted headquarters and verified that the products offered on .eu and .com are the same, but named differently (V2 on .eu, V3 on .com).
The shopping basket issue didn't occur when I tried it on mobile, which I found strange because I use the same browser, same version, on both desktop and mobile.
Order arrived the Tuesday after ordering on a Friday. As usual, issues with delivery by PostNL (before even trying to reach my address they get lazy and state they'll deliver to a pickup point instead). Can't blame Cerberus Strength for this, but I would appreciate the option to select a different courier.
