Changed my life
It was going to take almost 18 months to get a psychiatrist appointment in Chicago under my insurance and when I found Cerebral, not only did I get the correct diagnosis, I’ve had an amazing support team through the experience, my meds are always on-time, it’s so easy to use. It’s honestly changed my life. I’ve been using them for 4 years now.

Help from the comfort of your home
I made such a great connection with my original provider and was extremely distraught she left the platform out of the blue. I was super nervous on having to build rapport with a new provider. Since changing to my current provider Maribeth it has been a cake walk starting from our first session. Talking to her is like catching up with an old friend. I highly HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone that is on the fence on making that first step on their journey to a better you. Only reason for docking a star is from the jumping of providers.

Cerebral Makes Therapy Accessible and Impactful
I’ve had such a positive experience with Cerebral. The journaling feature is incredibly helpful, and I love that my therapist can review entries before our sessions. The regular depression and anxiety check-ins make it easy to see my progress, and mindfulness has truly been life-changing for me. Managing prescriptions is straightforward, and the virtual format makes therapy possible with my busy schedule. I’ve tried other therapy apps, but Cerebral has been the most effective and supportive. Highly recommend!

Expert Mental Health Care that's accessible and affordable...
I love the vast array of professional therapists from which I am able to choose that take my health insurance. I can only afford to take care of myself and my mental health as I hope and deserve because I can afford my copays. I had to change therapists recently due to my original therapist's unavailability to me on weekends and evenings (now that I am back in my classroom), and it took me no time at all to transition into a wonderful safe space of peace and growth with my new therapist. I first tried Cerebral because I was invited to try one free month of Cerebral because I was named a Fellow in the San Antonio Spurs Community Leadership Institute for Teachers. I will be FOREVER grateful for this life-altering free trial because I never imagined that I needed this in my life. Now, at the age of 50, I am trying mental health care for the first time in my life and thriving in ways I never could've fathomed. Thank you, Cerebral, for making mental health care accessible, affordable, and excellent. This teacher doesn't know where she'd be without it. <3

Helped me immensely
I have been using Cerebral since April of 2021. I have had nothing but positive results from the meds I was prescribed. My current prescriber is wonderful and listens to everything I explain to her. I've had many prescribers over the last few years and have had nothing but kindness and understanding from them all.

I was skeptical at first. But after a year of consistent, professional, and effective service and zero issue with my medications, I can safely say that Cerebral is worth it. My crippling depression is under control and my brain is working normally again.

Finally the Answers I Needed
I first used Cerebral years ago for anxiety, and it was such a positive experience. When my insurance changed, I had to switch providers, but recently I discovered my current plan covers Cerebral again and I’m so glad to be back.
I assumed my first session would just be a quick check-in to renew my anxiety medication, but instead, my provider took the time for a thorough evaluation. Through that process, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD. What a relief to have clarity after years of struggling with symptoms I didn’t fully understand.
Now I’m on a treatment plan that actually addresses what I’ve been going through, and I feel so hopeful about the future. I’m incredibly grateful for the detailed care and attention I’ve received.

They do not care about clients or…
They do not care about clients or helping they only care about getting money from insurances. Then when they don’t they kick you out of services and pretend to care. Don’t recommend.
