I’ve been using this software for over 20 years, and it has been the backbone of our firm’s operations. As someone managing a high-volume caseload, it allows us to work on hundreds of cases efficiently while keeping our team aligned. We can easily manage client profiles, reuse data, generate forms, and send complete case packets digitally, saving both time and resources.

One of the biggest advantages that we've been able to customize parts of the system to better fit our processes, which adds a lot of flexibility.

Overall, it’s a critical tool for staying organized and scaling operations. Losing it would be incredibly disruptive to our practice.

Prior to eIMMIGRATION, I used their EILA product. eIMMIGRATION is user-friendly, reliable, and best of all, I can use it even while I am away from my office. It works even when the internet service is not that good (Philippines).

This software goes above and beyond our expectations! Easy to learn and very straightforward. It does everything; from sending out questionnaires to new clients, auto-filling forms from those questionnaires, to sending and billing clients!
