Het voormalige SDS-service werd in 2021 omgedoopt in samenwerking met de CE Service Group tot CE Repair Services Parkstad B.V. Wij zijn dan wel gegroeid als onderneming maar blijven service en persoonlijke aandacht voor onze klanten voorop stellen. We streven om van iets negatiefs (zoals een kapotte wasmachine) te buigen naar een positief gevoel. Dit doen wij door storingen op te lossen, te luisteren naar de klant, duidelijke uitleg te geven en het vertrouwen van de klant in het product te herstellen. Voor fabrikanten zorgen wij ook voor de juiste feedback wat voor minder uitval in de toekomst kan zorgen.

Good customer service!

I appreciated the contact prior to the appointment telling me the window of time to expect the repairman and then the phone call in advance right before he arrived. Pim was friendly and I was really happy that he repaired my TV immediately here at home instead of taking the TV away. My television is like new. Thank you, Pim!
