the questions are incomplete especially in case of case studies. I found some answers wrong as well. there is no explanations to the answers as they claim. just indicates correct answer but still with some incorrectly tagged.

The website claimed 192 questions for L4M8 CIPS exam. After purchasing, I found many questions repeated twice. When I sent to them requesting a refund, they did not refund and sent me an updated 102 questions stating that was sent earlier was RAW!

I would like to add that Cert Empire considered my review seriously and corrected the number of questions on the website to read 102 which is the correct quantity. This was great as it reflected their honesty.
