Poor customer service
I made a purchase from certideal. Delivery took 20 days. Understandable delays with christmas but tracking waa not updated and any contact i have made since 20th december has gone unanswered.
Phone arrived but will not accept sim card. Trying to get in touch with customer support and still not recieving any replies.
An update on above i returned the phine as it would not connect to an Irish network. I requested a refund. I got an email saying they will send on the phone in a different colour..i replied saying i would like a refund instead. I now have an email saying the phone has been dispatched. Each contact i make is being ignored. I will email yann on address below and see if i get a response.

Missing phone and refund refusal
Ordered a phone from this company on the 30th November and the tracking stopped on the 2nd Dec . When the company was contacted they said the phone was lost and they had to contact the carrier . After many more emails they eventually came back with “ you could buy another phone while waiting for the investigation “ an investigation I might add almost 30 days later hasn’t been solved . This was bought as a Christmas present and unfortunately the phone still hasn’t arrived and we are nine wiser as to it whereabouts. So not only did I not get my phone but now they refuse to give me back my money until the find out where the phone is and they don’t seem to be in any hurry to figure this out . So currently without a phone or a refund . Do NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this company . They are an absolute joke when it comes to customer service .

A big question mark on their products
All was great until one month later the phone had a 10 cm fall and wouldn't restart. Opening it, I found out that three important screws that hold the screen were missing. I know these are second hand phones but without screws a phone is not stable. Certideal refused to assist nor to accept their mistakes.

Phone delivery ridiculous
I ordered a phone on 30 Nov it is now 14 Dec and I still have no phone. I have contacted Certideal and they still haven’t come back to me with regard to delivery time. I will not purchase again from this site and I ADVISE YOU NOT TO YO EITHER. Extremely unhelpful & all round very poor.
Certideal have contacted me to let me know they don’t know where the phone I purchased is and still don’t know the delivery time….. I’ll wrap that explanation under the tree for Christmas for my son!!!! Very quick to take your money but EXTREMELY BAD on their knowledge or delivery of purchase
Certideal CANNOT locate my phone, and in the meantime I’m left in limbo. The stress of dealing with this company and the customer service is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS ALL YOU WILL GET IS ANXIETY AND A HEADACHE
