Very good product and quality

The phone i good as new.

The Phone came quickly, that’s the good review. The bad review is that the phone has 3 rather large scratches on the screen and I ordered it as a phone in excellent shape. I’ve ordered the phone with a new battery and we get a message on the phone that says it doesn’t recognize the battery.

Relatively short delivery time. Everything as described.

Good prices, nice selection. Shipping takes more than a week, but thats ok with me.

Waited one month and never got hold of the service. Finally got help from Sarah that was able to cancel ny order because it never left their house. What a joke.

I got my iPhone in a few days, I live in Sweden. I’m very happy with my new phone and satisfied with Certideal.

Ease to come in contact with. Good prices. Happy with my new second hand Iphone, but difficult to say something more since I am still exploring and trying to learn how it works and its differences with my old one.

On October 18th 2023 I ordered an competitively priced pre-used iPhone 12 in "very good shape" from Certideal. It arrived one week later, on Oct 25th and looked fine on the surface. (I have over the years ordered six other pre-used iPhones from Swappie, and that has always been quick and problem-free).

When I tried to activate it on Oct 27th, it turned out that both the camera and the battery were defect and/or had been replaced with bad parts. The phone gave me critical error messages such as "It cannot be established if the camera in this iPhone is a real Apple component", "Unknown component", etc. These errors made it impossible to install updates or to transfer the contents of an old phone, and the phone was useless.

On Oct 29th, contacted support via email to initiate a return/replacement process. This was an extremely time-consuming and frustrating process, involving several customer service reps and 10+ emails. It was very clear that the staff did not really read (or understand the English in) my emails, but responded only with standard template answers on, for example, how to upgrade the software. After my return request was finally approved, it took a long time until a replacement phone arrived: on Nov 15th, 2023.

Almost a month after the initial order... This was far too time-consuming and frustrating experience, and I will not buy from Certideal again.

Fake battery change
ordered a IP 2020SE 128GB with batterychange, the battery lasts approx 8 hours and I have a constant warning that the battery is not a an apple-item and therefore I cant use any system for batteryinformation on the iphone

The telephone was as god as new.

Product was in good condition and is performing well.

After purchase of a iPhone 11 I was told that the bought battery change will not be treated as certified apple battery change and thus the battery status will not work. What's worse is that the new battery doesn't work properly, the phone can stop working even if the battery shows 49%. I contacted customer service within 21 days to make the purchase go back but I got no response.
