They still haven't replied to 5 emails and 2 phone calls where I left messages. Think I have been scammed

Massive scam don’t order from here order from .gov website took 40£ of my money and haven’t got fu*k all

They are a disgrace, ordered birth certificate, payed for 1 day dispatch on the 14th of March , didn't receive application on hold , in the mean time I found old certificate so rang couldn't get through,? Left messages for refund online nothing 😭!!!!. Guess what received certificate today 🤬, I don't want it 17th of April ,it's a joke 😞, they are scammers. There site should come with a public health warning.🤬😞. So annoying!!!!!!.

Placed an order for the first time without any information about this site, to then read reviews I started to worry I had been scammed as I had no updates from it being processed but I can happily say I received my order today a day late then estimated date but I'm happy, the only thing I would suggest is to update once it's been dispatched

Avoid at all costs!!!I ordered a birth certificate paid £69.95, said online you recieve it in 48 hours. Wrong!!! Just recieved email with invoice saying its awaiting dispatch and will be here 29th February 2025, there is no 29th February this year and on the invoice my forename has been spelt incorrectly. Tried to call only a mobile number with voicemail. This is clearly a scam. Should of researched more as lots of people giving the same review. Lesson learnt. Please dont lose your money like me and others.UPDATE reported to them to my bank as they didnt do as they said and ive been issued a refund. They operate under the umbrella of techgenus based in Poole Dorset but director lives in India, he has a long commute to work!

Paid 40 for quick delivery and still waiting a week later, clearly been scammed stay well away from these folks!

Robbing bastards took £79.90 out of my account no birth certificate tried to call goes to voicemail or doesn't ring emailed numerous times no reply whatsoever

Still no contact or birth certificate, I would advise anyone wanting to use this service no to bother unless you enjoy being robbed. Use the government site it only took 4 days from ordering to arrival.

Do not use this company, I ordered mine on the 23rd dec 2024 which cost me £39.95 but I was ok with that if it was done properly, was meant to be with me by the 6th Jan 2025 but hadn't even been dispatched by that time, tried calling left a message and sent 2 emails with no response. I got the certificate through the door today on the 9th with a receipt attached to it for £15.20 that was including delivery, I've been scammed as I paid 39.95 avoid at all cost folks don't give them your money. Robbers

Ordered a copy birth certificate on 31/12/24, paid £34.95 for urgent delivery, should have arrived 3 Jan and received today. However, the best part, it's not even my certificate, it's for someone else, what a total breach of confidentiality. Waiting for someone to contact me to put right.

The thing is my 12 year old daughter opened this and it horrified me

Been a customer for almost a month now, all good for now. Except they ship the standard plan with 2nd class post, which sometimes gets very delayed. My advice is to change it to 1st class post.

Used this service to print dozens of certificates for my workplace. The signup process was smooth and I was impressed by the dashboard they provided me to design certificate. However, it was missing a few styling elements when it came to placing gold foils on the border and the dashboard kinda breaks on the mobile. Everythings else was decent. Cheers!

Ordered around 30 parchment certificates with gold foil from them. I was impressed by the quality of the paper. It feels authentic and the gold foil added a classy touch. Just what we needed for our recognition awards. Thumbs up!

I provide online courses and I was on the lookout for something exactly like this to ship certificates to people who complete my courses. Instaed of creating individual order for each certificate, now their API is integrated with my CMS.

Super handy stuff. It's really helping me keep up that professional image. I hope they consider adding more discount for folks like me planning to ship 50+ certificates. Not really a complaint, just a suggestion!

They've been aight for now. I got the £39 plan cause I don't need to much at the moment. Just hoping they add an option to change the sipping method.

Don't need a lot of printing, but would really like to switch to something like first class shipping, even if it means shipping fewer certificates. I'm totally fine with that. Thats why I'm leaving a 4-star rating for now, will bump it up to 5 if they make this change since it's pretty inconvenient as is. Otherwise, everything's been fine for me till now.
