This was a relatively small job, of replacing two rotting Velux-type windows with proprietary Velux windows and remote-operated blinds. However, work space was limited and, more importantly, the walls had been hand-painted with an extensive mural, which we did not want damaged in any way.
We were nervous that there would be damage to and/or lack of continuity of the mural, but the engineers did an amazing job – one would never have known that, only a couple of hours earlier, there were rotting, dirty windows here, one with a malfunctioning blind.
There is not a mark of any kind on the painted walls and all joints etc. are seamless – brilliant work.
Additionally, everything was left all neat and tidy and, as a bonus, the engineers were friendly, professional, courteous and willing to help in any way they could.
If there was one drawback, it was the difficulty in pinning down a time of arrival for the work to be carried out. This was frustrating but worth it, when compared to the quality of work.

I ordered the replacement unit and was dealt with very efficiently from the off. The fitter was brilliant and the comms from Lucy in the Office was straight to the point and efficient.
I would recommend this lot to anyone wanting Velux service, without hesitation.

I found certified installers through a Google search while looking for accredited Velux sun tunnel installers.

We moved forward with them as they were competitive on price and the gentleman that come to visit and measure was very helpful and polite.

When confirming the installation date it started to go down hill, the lady organising the installation was not very helpful and I had to chase 3 times to make sure it was going ahead.

The initial quote was for replacement glazing as well, this was not installed on the day despite not being told otherwise.

I have now chased three times for the glass and I have been told I will get a call back that hasn’t happened.

Highly recommend. I needed to replace shot glass in my velux windows and there aren't many places that do it, the price was good and they were helpful trying to work in with me to get timings right. They were very efficient during the installation nd really friendly guys. Thank you.

I had a Velux window installed in a first floor bathroom. After receiving various quotes and getting let down by various roofing contractors, I contacted Certified Installers. The service was brilliant, the price was very competitive and the installation was first class. The room was left clean and tidy, no mess at all and the plaster finish to the window reveal was fantastic. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Perfect communications from initial quote to installation and completion. The fitters were excellent and left not a single piece of mess once finished. The installation required absolutely no re-decoration after. Removed very old wooden frames and seamlessly installed uPVC.

Great installation of a pet flap on my patio glass door. Lovely staff, lovely service and job well done. The pet flap is the nicest I've ever seen. They even fixed the sticking patio door for me that wasn't their doing. Above and beyond. Thank you so much!

From the 1st point of contact with Lucy in the office the whole procedure went seamlessly.
The two guys Gaz & Ste turned up on time that was said after a 4 hr drive to fit the Velux sunlight tunnel.
Both were pleasant and great guys and good at their work.
The fitting was done in no time.

Had a great experience with Certified installers, right from the way my enquiries for a Velux window til after sales. We were able to go ahead really quickly, with the help of Lisa in Sales, who helped us find just the right window. The guys who came to fit the window were a delight to have in the house and worked really hard to get the job done within a few hours. They took care with our room, too and even vacuumed the room and left the place lovely. They took time to explain how the velux operates and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a really positive experience with Certified Installers when they fitted a Velux window for me. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. Stewart, the engineer who carried out the installation, was superb - he was really polite and professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Lucy was also fantastic throughout the whole process - super helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have had. Fantastic service from this company! Called me straight back to quote direct after my enquiry on their website. Lucy quoted me a great price, and the guys turned up on time 2 days later to replace a broken pain at my Fathers house in a Velux window. They then fitted a new blind. Clean and tidy, on time, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service from this company. My elderly mums old velux window had fallen out, so we needed a new one installing as a matter of urgency. Got a couple of local quotes, prices were ridiculously high and they couldn’t install for weeks. I called this company, within days the window was fitted and at a much cheaper cost. Was skeptical as they were a lot cheaper. Had no reason to be ..great service !

Excellent value. Replaced the glass in my Velux window GGL4 (which is more than 30 years old, frame is in great shape and the official Velux response was to replace the whole window)
