Watches with dead batteries
The watches were ok but they all arrived with dead batteries. I had to replace the batteries in all watches and they were gifts for family and friends. They should test all the watches before shipping.

No one replied the first time I emailed…
No one replied the first time I emailed customer service. The second time, the person helping me didn’t even know the difference between “too” and “to.” They didn’t fix my problem either or apologize for ignoring me the first time. Never received the watch. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

Watches did not last but one week
3of the 4 I bought do not work anymore. The other one I haven’t worn yet. This should not be the quality of any watch. Very disappointed.

My boys loved the watches they received…
My boys loved the watches they received for Christmas. USPS was trying to destroy Christmas the best they could but Certified Watch Store Customer Service was great and the lost shipment was quickly replaced and we received it before Christmas. It was a great purchase.
