Unfortunately, our fingerprints were rejected for lack of clarity and not being signed in the presence of the technician taking the prints. However, the customer service was very responsive each time I reached out with a question, and they were prompt to issue a refund.

I contacted Certifix because I needed to find out about getting my fingerprints on an actual card that I could send to Nevada for my RN license. The team member was really helpful and helping me work through what needed to be done to get that card after I’ve already done my electronic fingerprints at a UPS store.

I received excellent service and very professional assistance. Although the system was unable to read my fingerprints, the staff was very kind and patient throughout the entire process.

I visited two providers to have my fingerprints taken for an FBI background investigation, and in both locations the service was very attentive and professional. I truly appreciate their willingness to help and their outstanding customer service.

I didn't realize that there was a 45 day time limit on the QR codes. My employee's code ran out before she could use it, and I was graciously given a refund. Certifix is always very helpful whenever I have an issue.

when finger prints where sent to final destination they could not read them. Certifix refunded money. They were very easy to work with.

I recently used Certifix Live Scan for my fingerprinting and the process was smooth and straightforward. The online registration was easy, and I received a QR code that made check-in quick at UPS. The staff was professional and guided me through the process.

But it turns out, I needed another kind of fingerprinting. Their associate (Mr. Vicente) was very responsive (via e-mail) and informative. He helps me cancel and process my refund. No hassle at all. Will certainly go back if I need their service.
