I purchased my CompTIA sec+ vouchers from CertVouchers.com . The ordering process was straightforward from their website and i received my voucher promptly without any issues.

The pricing was competitive compared to other websites I Checked, and everything was clearly explained.

I had issues with applying the voucher since it was my first time so I asked them to help me out and they did. Thanks again.

Reliable and efficient

Reliable and efficient – Highly recommended "I was a bit hesitant at first, but CerVouchers.com exceeded my expectations. The website is easy to navigate and I received my voucher almost instantly after purchase. It worked perfectly without any issues. Their customer service is also very responsive. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to get your certifications at a better price, this is it!

I purchased a CompTIA SecurityX (CASP+)…

I purchased a CompTIA SecurityX (CASP+) exam voucher from CertVouchers, and when I attempted to use it just two days later, it showed as already used. When I contacted them, instead of helping, they accused me of lying, claimed I must have shared the code, and refused a refund.

They also demanded remote access to my computer via UltraViewer, a huge security red flag. They said the voucher was only valid if I booked immediately, despite their own email stating it was valid for 6 months.

When I reached out to CompTIA, they confirmed they don’t support third-party voucher issues. I now have to pursue a refund through my payment provider.

Avoid CertVouchers, extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and potentially fraudulent.

Regarding refunds and returns: we normally cannot offer them because many customers contact us only after vouchers have expired. This is why we must follow a consistent policy for all buyers.

About UltraViewer: we understand your concern. Some customers request remote assistance because they are unsure how to apply their voucher or reschedule exams. UltraViewer is an official, legitimate remote-support tool that allows the user to see everything happening on their screen and end the session at any time. We only use it when a customer asks for help or when there is suspicion that a voucher may have already been used before reaching us, which unfortunately does happen.

We do not accuse honest customers, and we do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable. Our sole intention is to ensure vouchers are applied correctly and to protect our clients from fraud.
