Brilliant service as always. Five stars. I had to order a Lateral Flow Day 2 test, which arrived the next day. I managed to delete the order number email on my return to the UK, but the company quickly responded to my email after normal office hours and were able to send me the order number to complete my form. The photo system is very simple to use, with the certificate delivered in a few hours.

They are the best and most cost effective of the testing companies.

Would definitely use again! Was due to departure the country on the 26/11, ordered a 2 day antigen test from Vivo clinic on the 17/11 which didn’t show up before my holiday so I was panicking. On the 24/11 I decided to order a back up one just in case so I ordered from cerulean and it came the very next day, customer service were fantastic. I had a question and they got back to me within 5 mins (whereas I was on the phone to Vivo for an hour plus on more than 2 occasions). Filled me with a peace of mind. It’s a good job I ordered from cerulean as the one from Vivo never even turned up, even after my holiday. I then ended up not needing the lateral flow test, applied to get a refund on 30/11 which I received today and was also able to keep the test. Very impressed with the service.

A refund was issued and the process for refund or cancellation was easily accessible via a link on their web site. Customer service is exceptional and a special mention for Emily who was friendly, efficient and very personable.

C19 is by far the best Covid testing company I have dealt with. I did fit to fly rapid antigen test. The test arrived as promised. The registration test is extremely quick online and I had the results back within 30 minutes. Excellent service. Very quick and easy to use.

I booked a C19 Antigen test from this company after developing anxiety that the tests I'd ordered from another supplier might be problematic. I was immensely impressed by the speed of delivery - the cut off time was 8pm for next day delivery. I pushed the button at 7.56 and it was in my hand by 11 am the next day. Brilliant (esp as I live in the middle of the countryside where we don't see the postman before the afternoon most days).
As it happened, I didn't need the test - the ones I bought elsewhere were OK, but they couldn't turn around sending out a test anything less than 5 days before departure. Cerulean beat them hands down on that.
I contacted the company with my order number and the test kit number and got a refund of £19 on the test which had cost £29. I didn't have to send it back - they just deregistered the kit number. I thought £10 for the extra peace of mind was excellent.
The reasons I didn't give this 5-stars are because I didn't actually use it so I can't comment on how easy it was, and because they needed 'up to 12 hours' to issue the certificate against mere seconds from their competitor. If you have the time to spare, that might not be an issue for you.
