The 5-18 business days is a lie. Im at the 18th day and product hasnt arrived. I am sorry i even fell for thrir ad. Their good reviews must be lies if this is how they do business. I wrote them and their response 'is pending,' and being looked into. BS. The BBB needs to do a better job - seems all they do is report. No one actually protecting consumers. I'll update if and when it comes

I've had the back stretcher for about a month. So far I like it. I personally like using the lowest level. It feels the most comfortable without arching my back so much. I work road construction, so every now and then my lower back will hurt and it runs down my leg. I would say this product HELPS with a TEMPORARY pain relief. But don't expect it to magically cure all your back problems. It for sure helps out and gives you a good strech. I would recommend it.

My pillow arrived and I contacted cervical cloud to say the pillow had holes and creases. The pillow cover has pulls.
The packet was very small and heavily taped, marvellous really a size of a small Square envelope, effectively squashed up with all the air removed. When the pillow expanded you could see the holes and that the cover has pulls.
It has been a few weeks now since I sent my email to the support service unfortunately no reply received. I have now sent three messages requesting a replacement pillow.

I wrote a review in early February and gave them one star, but I’m updating and giving them a second star for trying. They still have a way to go to even provide average service or a consistently great line of products, but my package did finally come a week ago, which means I waited a month, with promises, no tracking number, and with a lot of doubts.

Know you buy from this company at your own risk. They don’t take returns or give refunds, unless you ship to France at your own expense, which costs more than the product did in the first place, and it’s a lie that they’re even located in France. They’re actually in Nevada, though my package was postmarked California, so go figure. Know also they did end up giving me a partial refund (which amounted to 10% of my purchase price) after I complained to the Better Business Bureau.

As for the products, I ordered a knee support pillow and a standard neck support pillow with an extra pillowcase. The neck support pillow is useless. It provides absolutely no support. I offered it to my 12-year-old grandson and it’s even too flat and thin for him. Therefore, the pillow case, which is cheaply made, is useless as well, since I won’t use the pillow.

The little knee support pillow, though, works for a side sleeper. It fits between knees, not under them. The sad thing is, I’ll never do business with them again, even though one out of the three things they sent is worthy of re-ordering.

2.5 months from the time of the order until the pillow arrived. i kept being told the shipment would “arrive shortly.” finally, after demanding a credit then eventually receiving the product, i was told to return the product to a paris mailing address. international shipping costs were estimated anywhere between $40 and $126 to return a basic $50 pillow. ridiculous!

I ordered a pillow from this company back in around May 2020 and it never arrived. Now they have the nerve to email me about being "chosen" to get 50% off some other product! No, I don't think so! Avoid this company at all costs.

Definitely a scam! I would post pictures but it was basically a vacuum sealed package that literally had a label on it that said "surprise". Avoid at all costs!

Sham of a company put in a order over 3 months ago. Spent the last few weeks trying to get a refund to be told they can't find my details even though I sent on the confirmation email. Stay away
