Seller refused to refund. Extremely poor communication.
The Cervicloud Facebook page show them to be out of Nashville TN, but on the homepage the "contact" number is out of Bulgaria, and, the item ships from China.
I purchased a pillow from cervicloud.com May 31st 2023. After receiving the package on June 13th I decided to return the item for a refund on On June 20th well within the seller's return policy, however did not get a reply.
I emailed again on the 22nd and the 25th all with no reply from the seller.
Finally I emailed again July 1st stating I would file complaints against the company if they did not reply. They did finally reply asking for order information. After giving them the requested information they were silent again.
I eventually filed a complaint with the FTC. I sent Cervicloud my FTC report to which right away they gave me return address information.
I have shipped the return and will update this review accordingly.

After serval more emails to the seller with some vague reply's and still no refund, I finally filed a dispute with my CC. Just stay away from this "company".
