Dopo circa un anno e mezzo dall'installazione della cucina si è scollata la maniglia da un cassettone, semplicemente fissata con del mastice.
Contattiamo il venditore come da procedura che dopo "soli" 40 giorni dalla richiesta ci risponde che Cesar nega il pezzo in garanzia nonostante al momento dell'acquisto indichino 5 anni di garanzia sul prodotto.
La motivazione? Il distacco secondo Cesar è dovuto all'umidità, quando lo stesso venditore via chat al momento della segnalazione ci scrive testuali parole "Questo può succedere se il mobile rimane a lungo a contatto con acqua ma non credo sia questo il caso altrimenti sarebbe nero il truciolato dentro"
Insomma, post-vendita poco professionale, pessima esperienza, consiglio di virare su brand più famosi e affidabili
