Total scam .. never arrived . No refund , no contact with any real information.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam. I recovered my money by opening a paypal case as the bras sent were not the size advertised. It has taken a while (3 months from purchase) to get my money back, the company spouted their terms ie once opened could not be returned for hygiene reasons which is against the distance selling regulations, but if you find yourself in the same situation and have paid via Paypal then to open a case. The more people who do will hopefully result in Paypal not representing them as being able to pay via paypal adds credibility to a company when you are buying online.

Do not buy. Item not as described and will not offer a refund if you have opened the posting package. This is illegal in consumer law.
Luckily for me I paid by PayPal and opened a dispute which went in my favour so they had to refund.

The shipping bag does not state what is inside so I had no way of knowing it was your goods inside. I had to open it to find out!! Your return policy is hidden away on the website and not referred to during the purchasing process and also is not legal. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations are the two pieces of legislation that set refund rights for consumers. And as this is an online purchase, I am entitled to a 14-day grace period to change my mind after receiving the item. This is enshrined in law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once I’ve changed my mind, I then have a further 14 days to return the item. The items purchased do not fall into an exception category so it doesn’t matter why I’ve changed my mind. These distance-selling regulations apply to all purchases where I’ve bought the item away from the seller’s premises. That includes purchases made online. Since receiving your initial email reply I have also looked at the bra and can see that it is not fit for purpose. The quality of the bra is also questionable with the details of the materials used being different to that advertised online. Legally if there’s a problem with my item, I'm entitled to a refund as well. This falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and overrides the retailer’s own returns policy. This would apply if the item:
Isn’t of satisfactory quality
Isn’t as described online
Isn’t fit for purpose
So I ask you again to kindly process a refund as it is your duty and my right. Regards

This is 100% a scam company. The first warning sign was the late delivery; a delivery time of 2-3 days was given but it took them significantly longer and no updates were given. The tracking information was from China despite them saying everything was based in Switzerland (see their "Legal notice" page). Their company information (e.g., business address) seems to change frequently too.

All of that aside, the quality was awful - you would find something 10x better in Primark for 1/10th of the price. The packaging it came in was clearly not from their business (no logo or branding, the slogan on the packaging didn't match their company ethos). It seems they have just purchased the cheapest bras they could find and re-sold them. In the (inevitable) event that a customer wants a return they just refuse it even if you don't say you've opened the packaging for all your bras.

In my order I got 7 bras and emailed them saying their quality was not up to standard and that I wanted a refund. They responded saying that because I had "opened and/or tried on" the bras that I could not return them and denied the refund request. This was after ignoring my emails for a month, including when I requested to cancel my order before it had even arrived (enough notice was given for a cancellation, they said on the tracking information that it hadn't been shipped or anything).

Long story short, avoid the hassle and avoid them!

Total Scam-DO NOT BUY. same as previous comment which sadly I didn’t see before ordering. I’ve been trying to get a response from customer services since receiving my 2 tiny bras which I ordered based on the website site size guide. If you’ve opened the actual postage bag to see what the delivery is they will not refund you even if you have not opened the bag that the Beas are in and not tried on. It’s completely shocking and so in customer focused. I’ve basically been ignored since I was told no refund if the delivery package was opened despite asking for my complaint to be escalated. How is this the way to run a business and get repeat custom? So disappointing.

Your return policy if the external pack/envelope is opened is totally unreasonable and I will be referring this transaction to PayPal through which the payment was made. You should not be accepting multiple item orders if no return is possible for any that are not tried on or opened. Your claim that opening the external packaging renders a return of everything inside is impossible, is ridiculous and irrelevant if one of the items itself is untouched and unopened. If it is a matter of the cost of a return, you should not be marketing your products to the UK, particularly when your contract terms are out of step with UK consumer law. I have no faith in your product nor your company and frankly, your customer review pages do not ring true from my experience. It is obviously aimed at a certain bodyshape (cup size less than D) and you should be more transparent about that, in your marketing. It is a shame, as the fabric is soft, but the straps do not give sufficient support. Lesson learned from my perspective and I will not be ordering from a US based company again.

Sizing is awful, and product feels as though it wouldn’t last either. AND!!! They won’t accept returns if you’ve opened the delivery bag, never mind the product bag. So basically no returns policy. I smell SCAM!!!!!

The website looks fabulous and their bra's looking amazing. BUT the sizing guide is so WRONG and when you try to return them, they send you their T & C's and you can't return if you have open the outer packaging!

Sadly I have to agree with all previous reviws. Total scam company. Terrible quality underwear that offers no support. Returned unopened packaging for full refund and they refused. avoid.

Do not buy, it's a scam. As per other reviews, the product that arrives is poor quality and the seller does not accept returns. STAY AWAY.

Absolute scam company. Ordered 2 bras, tried 1 on which did not fit so asked to send both back for refund. Was told that in their Returns Policy (which is nowhere to be found on their website) they would not accept the worn item. Understandable, so I sent back the unopened packet back to France (at my own expense) to be told the item had been opened and they would not refund anything. Absolutely awful experience. I thought this brand was new and "for the people" which I wanted to support, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wish I had read all of the other reviews I would never have purchased two bras for the best part of £47.00. Despite following the sizing guide they don't fit, are flimsy and offer no support whatsoever. The whole Breast Cancer spiel is a load of rubbish. The customer service told me I could only return one of the bras because I had tried one on. It's in the small print. I returned the one I hadn't tried on at a cost of £8 to France and I have now been told that the packaging is opened so therefore they can't refund. I didn't open the packaging it so we are at a stand off. They have offered to send the bra back to me at my cost - obviously I'm not throwing good money after bad.

Bras offer zero support. The description of the bra is completely false online and they refused to return as it had been tried on which goes against consumer rights. Customer service team is a joke and so rude! Avoid at all costs!!

Do not buy from this company. The sizing is completely wrong. The sizing is vague but I put my measurements in and the bra does not fit at all let alone offer support. They will not return items, even the one that has not been opened as I ordered two the same size so didn’t need to try both on. Total waste of money. Going to report to Trading Standards to hopefully help others avoid being scammed.

I was horrified at the terrible (even dangerous) marketing for this company, stating that underwired bras could cause breast cancer- THEY DO NOT! I placed an order to see what the product was actually like and, as others have stated, the sizing is way off. The bra offers little to no support and it is extremely difficult / impossible to return the product. There are many, many better options to order from uk-based companies. It is an extremely basic and badly sized bra. The company is in China, although it is very difficult to establish this from the website. If this company appears in your social media feed please report it and don't order from them.

If I could give -5 I would! The bras are actually lovely and super soft, but are actually about 2 x smaller than their size chart claims. This means EVERYONE buys the wrong size. When you need to swop the size they refuse, if you have ‘opened the packaging’. Which you obviously have to do to wear it, or try it on. A ridiculous excuse! They will only replace it if you buy ANOTHER bra with a 70% discount! Given their appalling response and total lack of customer service I refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

The company uses a noble cause (breast cancer) to scam women, disgusting!

Bought three bras a few weeks ago, waited ages for them to arrive. I tried on one and found it with no support at all. Decided to get in touch with their customer service to arrange the return of my two UNOPENED bras. They refuse to take any return, saying even if I opened the outer packaging, then they wouldn’t offer a refund. So how am I supposed to try on if not opening any package? Then when I replied that I will bring this to consumer rights authorities’ attention, they immediately offered the address for return and refund and they decided to “grant me the right to return”. I then replied the right of consumers is guaranteed by law, not them! Really bad experience overall.
Customer service emails are unprofessional and impolite. Be AWARE!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Similar experience to others. Opened package to see item that was very poor quality & sizing completely wrong, despite having ordered their recommended size for me. Contacted them to arrange return, only to be told that, because I had opened the package, they would not refund. How else are you supposed to check if the product is ok?! I haven't opened the inner packaging, because the sizing is clearly wrong & I do not understand why the outer package cannot simply be taped back up & returned. This is a con. I will be contacting Trading Standards. Do NOT buy from these people.
