Speedy Professional Service

Called on Wednesday and they came out 0930 Thursday . The operative who attended was very knowledgeable and despite having to source a new hose (70
Mile round trip ) the job was completed by early afternoon .
We were kept informed throughout.

Blocked drain claim. Excellent service

I had to make a claim for a blocked drain that was overflowing on to my patio and I couldn’t fix it myself.

My call was dealt with quickly and politely with no quibbling as to whether it was covered under my policy or not. This has been a problem in the past for me with other providers.

An Engineer was assigned really quickly which exceeded my expectations and the communications were great throughout.

The Engineer who came was friendly, polite and skilled. He sorted the problem out very quickly and thoroughly.

All in all, I could not fault my experience of making a claim and so can highly recommend the company.

Reliable company

Prompt response to my kitchen drain blockage.
1st plumber sent couldnt fully deal with the problem,so arranged for someone else to come out,the following morning.This was an urgent need under stressful situation for me as a funeral was leaving my house the following day.However CET delivered and the problem was resolved.

The plumber who came out to me was…polite, friendly, helpful, and professional.

The plumber who came out to me was really friendly, and polite. He was helpful and went out of his way to juggle things around to fit my job in before I had to leave for work.
Trying to get someone to contact the engineer however wasn’t as easy, in fact it was myself that arranged him to come early with me being at work. I had saved his number from an earlier contact with him.
The guy I spoke to in the office wasn’t as helpful.

I couldn’t believe how quickly it was dealt with


I couldn’t believe how quickly it was dealt with. Call to my insurance company, called back within 10 minutes with appointment time, which was within 2 hours of my initial call. Engineer arrived spot on time , job completed, tested and done within an hour or less. A very efficient service

Shocking service and company

Shocking service and company. Can't believe they are endorsed/recommended by Y. Water.

Paid CET £700 up-front to identify where a leak was on the driveway. They simply dug a hole, damaging the water meter casing in the process, didn't identify where the leak was and refused to return unless I paid them more money to simply dig another hole.

In the meantime I contacted another company ADI who were absolutely brilliant. Used proper scientific equipment to identify where the leak actually was, limited any damage to my drive and back filled the hole unlike CET (even though they promised they would back fill the hole).

So STEER WELL CLEAR of CET and use ADI instead. Special shout out to Matthew at ADI who was immense. Thank you very much.

Excellent experience end to end

Excellent experience end to end, I called for broken down central heating boiler. Call answered quickly and very efficiently, engineer booking confirmed in the hour, engineer visit on time, new fan needed which the engineer had in the van, all fitted in minutes and heating restored. The engineer was excellent , very cheerful, a pleasure to have working in the house.
