Poor customer service and communication.
For a business competing with other Ballina companies like Beacon Lighting, Bunnings, and 3 bespoke lighting businesses in Byron Bay, the Ballina store seems to have focused on trade customers rather than retail.
Despite a generous parking area with spaces clearly marked as reserved for customers and staff, the rear entrance has been removed. Customers have to enter through the same garage door as deliveries, and tradies loading their utes and trucks. Customers entering through the front door face a hand written scrappy piece of paper detailing opening times for Monday to Friday. Google advises that they are open on Saturday till 12:00.
When I tried to view the product, and see its price, I first have to have/create an account.
After Covid-19 and the 2022 floods, I try wherever possible to support local businesses. However, this store makes customer friendly service impossible.
