From your description, it looks like the colouring may have been affected by Automatic Image Correction (AIC) not being disabled. AIC is a feature that automatically adjusts colours and brightness in images, which can sometimes lead to unexpected results—especially if your photos were already carefully edited before uploading. Additionally, different paper types can also have an impact on how colours appear in print. We understand how disappointing this outcome must have been for you.
