I also. Ought a calendar from you last year the same size. They are very good - well laid out & good quality. I had a bit of trouble trying to download the photos from my storage this time & couldn’t access all the photos for choice whereas last year I found it easy. Otherwise I am very happy with my calendar thank you.

We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our service.
I have reviewed the correspondence with my colleagues and can see that your calendar had some of the months missing from the pages. We informed you that we would get this investigated with the production team and then inform you of their response. They have since let us know that this was not a production error and that we printed the calendar exactly as it was made.
When customers place orders, we receive them as read-only files, which prevents us from any manual intervention to ensure that your order is fully protected. This means that we cannot make any changes or fixes to the submitted files.
This was explained to you, and we offered for you to return your order for a voucher to change your design and reorder, free of charge. This email was sent on 13.01.2025, and we have yet to receive a response.
We encourage you to reach out so that we can resolve this for you.
