East to use, intuitive downloadable software was very helpful, although it sometimes "froze" and required a device restart. Standard photo paper is very good. Photos are of good quality. Not too complicated to create personalised calendars. I am working on a photobook now and the only criticism is that one cannot easily move pictures from one page to next but delete from one then add to another. The service / delivery time was fast.
