The Xmas cards I received had a default name ,at no time did Crewe admit they entered the name and it was up to me to change it. And then they tried to tell me I had entered the name.

I apologise that the wrong name was printed on your card. This is a preset name used to show where you can change or remove the name during the card design process, and I am sorry that this step was missed. Unfortunately, we cannot rectify this ourselves as we are unable to change any details on customer orders, so if we reprinted the card it would be produced in the same way.
For this reason, our team provided you with a voucher that covers the full cost of the order so you can place a new order and update the name as needed. I apologise for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and provide a better experience for our customers moving forward.
