I am sorry to see that your order arrived with names you did not recognise. I have looked into this and can confirm that the cushion was designed this way. Certain templates have preset names or text that need to be changed before ordering. It appears this step was not completed, and as a result, the cushion arrived with the preset names.
My colleague explained this to you and offered for you to return it using a free returns label, so we could provide you with a voucher to place a new order, as a reprint would have produced the same result. You said that you could not afford to send it back, but we reiterated that the returns are free and there would be no extra cost. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. This was on 14.12.2025.
