Arrive late. Quality good. I paid for express post arrival as it was a present. It never arrived on time. The said they would refund the extra I paid it never happened.

That email was sent on 10.07.2025, and as we did not receive a response from you, we were not aware that your order had arrived late and the refund was not processed at that time.

As I already wrote, the quality is very good. Nice glossy paper makes the photos look very crisp. Would like them to make some minor changes, like allowing me to add just 2 pages instead of having to add 4 pages each time.
