Well structured, easy to use and beautiful result

Laying out the photo book was easy, very personal and resulted in a greatly appreciated gift. Load photos, keeps track of usage and simply organise using or adapting predefined layouts which adds greatly to professional looking result. In built warnings of insufficient photo quality guarantees satisfied customers. Tracked delivery on time!

Paid extra for shipping

Paid extra for shipping - its now over 5 days late and never got it, shocking service!!!! Avoid.

EDIT: I asked for an update via email and I'm still waiting that's just bad customer service!!! No storm effected an email reply!!

Ye cut the heads off people in some of the photos.
On the plus side ye gave me a full refund.
Question...do ye not check the photos before ye send them out ?

Appalling cystomer service

Appalling cystomer service. Rang, requested call back and online chat to resolve issue with a voucher. Telephone conversation was ended by staff member and chatsaid to try again. Have approached paypal for refund
