The comms from Ceyes are really bad. I ordered the unit 8th Oct and never got any update for delivery, then the website was empty I thought id been scammed. After no answer via email or telephone, a few weeks after placing order, I contacted my bank, who reached out to them for a response.
To date they havent replied to my bank but they did try to deliver the item after my bank had contacted them & this was about 4 weeks after order was placed.
Ahead of the delivery, I told them I was abroad but they ignored the emails/calls regarding that too.

They confirmed after a week they would redeliver the item...then changed their mind now due to me contacting the bank. They have the option to provide evidence to the bank their not a scam but they chose not to do that and overall they've just wasted 5 weeks of my time waiting for this item.

We are happy with purchase. Looks great on the walk.

Good quality goods and good delivery

Worth extra £20 for delivery guys to carry upstairs as there was no way I could carry or even with help get the one of five boxes the 70kg box upstairs .
The construction took my friends 5hours but totally worth it they are beautiful and strong wardrobe with sliding doors xx

I wanted a dressing table with a Hollywood mirror and initially ordered just a mirror but Ceyes Home was able to cancel my order as soon as I got in touch so that I could order a table with mirror. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order other items on the website. The product range is unique and impressive!

Order a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets 5.5 weeks ago. Shipping was estimated at 4-6 weeks. Since receiving my order confirmation and paying I have heard nothing. I have emailed 3 times with no response.

The bed was very well made would of been easier to put together if pieces had number's on them.
Would of given 5 stars if communication was better and all emails were answered.

Ordering was straight forward. Good price and good selection of products. Delivery on time. Can't fault anything

Had a good experience with this company. Bought a white bedroom wardrobe, it was not very easy to build as it was quite a big furniture and was needed 3 men to build. It took a few hours within 2 days to my partner and I to build. First the instructions are way better than the IKEA ones. And if it took us so long to build it’s because my partner is not very patient to build furnitures. I have to say that once builded we loved it straight away. The wardrobe is perfect, big and very sturdy. I’m very glad I decided to go for it even though I wasn’t very sure of my choice at first because I didn’t know the company.

Great range of products at very competitive prices! Delivered on time and well packaged, little chance of damage!
