Christina Futcher classes

Christina has designed exercises to strengthen muscles and bones in different parts of the body irrespective of age. She explains well what muscles are supposed to be working and how to know that it is hitting the spot. They are easy to understand and not too complex. She makes sure we are working within our capabilities by offering options and is always positive and praising. Since doing Christina’s class, I have felt inspired to do some exercises between classes and can feel the benefit in terms of muscle strength and fitness. I highly recommend her classes.

Fantastic PT

I have been training with Connor for 8 months now and it’s one of the best decisions I have made.

Being a woman in my 50’s and in the midst of menopause, my main aim was to feel fitter and stronger and more confident in the gym. Although I was exercising already I was stuck in a bit of a rut and not really seeing any progress.

My experience with Connor has completely exceeded my expectations. I now have the knowledge and confidence to go into the gym myself and push myself at every workout.

Connor is one of the nicest, most polite and considerate young men I have ever come across. Add to this his great sense of humour and training with him is a pleasure, not a chore. He loves a good chat and is an endless fountain of knowledge when it comes to fitness and health and there is no question he can’t answer! He is very flexible and if I need to change the date or time of a session he will accommodate me where he can. I always look forward to my sessions and the hour flies by.

Connor always takes into account any limitations I have when setting my programme but still manages to push me to reach my potential (usually with a wicked smile on his face knowing my glutes and calves are on fire haha!)

Along with my training programme which he changes every 6 weeks to keep things interesting and work different muscles, Connor gives me access to 2 apps - 1 to log my progress and assist with my workouts when I am training alone and another to log food. He sets goals for nutrition making it easy to keep track of what I am eating and where I need to improve.

At this stage in my fitness journey, I feel and look stronger, have dropped weight and inches whilst still enjoying life and have so much more energy. If you are thinking of booking in with a PT don’t hesitate to contact Connor, you won’t regret it for a minute.

Brilliant PT

I have recently started strength training with Christina and am so pleased with my experience so far. I am in my 50s and very new to this sort of exercise. I have been so impressed with her steady approach to my training programme. I am happy that under her guidance I will gradually build my strength, avoiding any injuries. She is clearly tailoring my training based on my body and my goals- #Stronger Your Way is very much at the heart of her practice.

A brilliant and knowledgable coach!

I’ve always been quite ambivalent about exercise but training with Christina actually has me looking forward to the next session!

Kind and empathetic, Christina has the experience to know what I am capable of and truly understands what kind of encouragement I need to achieve it.

Tailored Programme, Support and Care

Christina is a wonderful person who has a unique and special combination of strengths. She is kind and compassionate yet keeps me progressing with my fitness and strength. She is a great communicator and is always encouraging. I can really tell she knows exactly what she is doing with her tailored plan for me as I can feel and see the results. You will not get a cookie-cutter fitness plan from Christina. She listens to your story and goals then crafts a suitable plan. It is clear that for Christina this is not a job but a calling and a joy!

Wonderful

Christina is a no-nonsens instructor with a big heart, totally committed to helping her clients succeed. Her knowledge and individual approach make the class a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As a class participant you want to be there not just because you want to keep fit but because Christina is there for you.

Christine’s is a wonderful personal…

Christine’s is a wonderful personal trainer. Her attention to detail is excellent as is her knowledge of anatomy. She really knows her stuff! I’m in my 70s and although quite fit, I was very stiff in my joints and saw a chiropractor on a regular basis but in just a few months of specialist training with Christina I’m so much stronger and flexible. My chiropractor is very happy and the money I save from having to see him so often goes towards my PT, which is also more enjoyable. She has drop in group classes, in person and online, which are great fun and everyone is very welcoming. 🥰

Making Strength and Mobility Fun and Accessible

Christina has made getting stronger and fitter so accessible and fun to me. I have always neglected this area of my life and now for the first time ever I am developing a habit! This has been enabled with Christina's incredible coaching, expertise, knowledge, incredible efforts and her continual encouragement. I would highly recommend her as a coach.

Amazing PT 🤩

I’ve been doing the online classes for over a year now and they are brilliant- hard but so much fun. I started having PT with Christina 6 months ago and my fitness and strength has been transformed. Christina takes the time to understand goals, limitations and what I enjoy and creates sessions that are challenging but really rewarding.

CF Fitness made me stronger and more confident

I was nervous about strength training at first but Christina has been brilliant and made me a convert. Even over Zoom, she keeps a close eye on everyone and adapts sets for anyone who might need it. I've been training with Christina since late 2020 in group sessions and have included personal training sessions every couple of weeks since 2022. I wouldn't be without it. I feel so much stronger and more confident thanks to CF Fitness.
