Booked my car in with these guys, took it down the next morning ( like asked) didn’t touch or look at my car all day. Unfortunately not very reliable. It’s takes alot for a women to walk into a garage, and for them not to even look at it not a good service unfortunately.

CFM Group (Cambs Fine Management Ltd) contacted me via Bark following an advert I posted re a social media launch for my new aesthetics business. They have good reviews and seemed legit so I went ahead with their proposal.

However, they have taken a fee of £180 and not produced any of the work asked and signed for in the contract agreement.

They manipulated my images including my personal WhatsApp profile picture, and the content I sent that was initially to make reels and an advert with.

Instead of making any professional content, CFM Group posted a distorted AI image that wasn't of me or my clients on my Instagram without my consent, which caused people to contact me expressing concern. I had to immediately take the post down and was left feeling very shaken by the experience.

They said they’d produced work ready to go if I paid early, even to the point where they’d pushed other clients back for me, and then once I paid, they didn't follow through with anything agreed. I asked numerous times to review the content and all of a sudden they were busy and I was asking too much. The only work they scheduled was of some fake AI images they used as a sample to show me prior to me signing, that relate nothing to me or my work, to be posted on my account every few days. I'd not even had chance to launch any posts and they already put my reputation at risk.

They also said they would go through the work they’ve done with me before they post anything and then on the night before the launch, they ignored my messages and calls. I was extremely confused and ultimately spent all night up to the early hours trying to salvage my content.

The next morning they refused to take any responsibility and said they had produced what I had asked, therefore, I was not entitled to a refund. I had to quickly change my passwords and remove access to accounts to prevent any further damage.

I am very upset by this - I am not sure if CFM have tried to scam other people, so I feel this needs to be reported and taken seriously.

Nick and Kayla are response, honest, efficient and deliver as I have requested. I have had very good support and advice along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their services.

I have used this company for both my shops and used them for 11 years and they have never let me down with there work and design of my website I would never leave and I would always recomend them to everyone I know.. it's not just there design or work they do its the service and support they have given me all the way through out the 11 years I've been with them never let me down great job from them all....

Highly recommended for Website Design and Marketing!

Unfortunately, this review only deserves one star and unfortunately, I have to add to the already low rating that you may see here. I would implore any small to medium-sized company to stay away from this agency.

We enlisted them to create 2 projects. a Simple thank you card with a handwritten feel - nice and simple and they took our feedback onboard for the second revision. Sadly the other project which was ad creation (which they do say is a speciality for them on their website failed to hit the mark)

They were responsive to this feedback ✅
However the end result was shocking.

"I think we require a bit of work on the Social Media Ads if i am honest! We ran these by our target audience and they didn't hit quite right!"

"They said they looked like they were made in Canva.
I will give you structured feedback for the social media ads and we will revisit these later".

When we then sent them a new example of how the ads should look like (a change of Imagery and copy) they responded back by saying this is a new project and kindly offered a 25% off the new project for the failure of the Social Ads.

We paid £540 and are no closer to seeing these ads.

But the worst thing was, they emailed our CEO and Director and said I was threatening them? I simply said that I would write a review to reflect my experience dealing with CFM Group and Kayla Kalavas.

Not a great experience and I hope other businesses are wary for their next social media project.

They are great at thank-you cards though!

Stay as far away as you can. Hire actual professionals who are able to carry out what you ask of them. Shocking is an understatement.

Shocking Company, Requested some logos (I had to send them all may I add). Instead of being “designers” they changed a colour of a logo that was sent to them. This logo is unusable as it has a watermark on the back ground. I then receive an invoice for £30 for changing the colour of a logo I provided. Then to top it off they bombard you with 32 emails a day with the same invoice, there response was “it will stop when the payment is received”. Do not deal with this company, Use Fiver instead we did and ended up paying 70%less for a 300% customer service. Don’t waste you time on these people

Hi I’m Tom at T S plastering I was dealing with Kayla from start to finish and I must say I was over the moon with the level of service I received from her my design for my company logo was excellent and also my business cards and letter heads were amazing I would strongly recommend anyone to use this company for anything involving designs as they were great with me

The worst experience i ever had.
First af all, they are not even listening the customer requirements, and specially the terms they are talking are quite poor in regarding customer service.
I ask them for an explanation, what kind of logo they are doing, they reply to me that they are not adivisors. If i want an advice, i need pay them(extra) to do that.
Very Poor customer services the services they are providing.... completely mess. I had to sort it out through consumer rights. 🤦‍♀️

I loved working with Kayla. I was very confused as I am a new business & already had fears due to current climate. Clear strategy on designs was formulated & all concerns on process eradicated early.
