Regretting my choice upon buying a cf moto

I own a cf moto 800 nk which has now been of the road since July 2025 due to a faulty tft screen.
after being let down by a authorised dealer back in july i find myself still waiting for warranty work to be completed due to back order parts with no expected delivery dates
multiple emails sent to cf moto uk with no response i have even got in contact with quadzilla the new importer who have been helpful but i am still without a bike not knowing when i will get this sorted.
i think this is unacceptable
