cfo360 has completely mismanaged my business accounting, costing me thousands of pounds in additional taxes. They failed to process my account information correctly despite clear and direct instructions which then incurred additional taxes to my business. Despite admitting their errors, they failed to take any accountability for additional costs incurred by me leaving me seriously out of pocket. in addition, they regularly leave submitting important tax documents to the very last minute causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. They often take several days to reply to quick queries and when pressed about concerns are rude and unhelpful. It has taken a long time to be able to unpick the damage they have caused my business but I am glad I am now finally free of their services. My new accountant has been shocked by the incompetence of some of their actions. Avoid this company at all costs.

After six months of utilizing CFO360's services, I regret to say that there has been no real progress whatsoever. Despite QuickBooks' recommendation, my experience with CFO360 has been far from satisfactory.

Their performance has been consistently marred by delays, inaccuracies, and exorbitant costs. It's disheartening to note that, after half a year, there has been no tangible improvement in the management of my company's accounts.

Despite attempts to address these issues directly, the lack of resolution prompted me to pursue a formal complaint with QuickBooks.

In summary, my six-month experience with CFO360 has been nothing short of disappointing, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to others.
