Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They forced me to pay FedEx taxes because I complained that they had sent me two incorrect coins. I never received a response from Customer Service. A stupid way to lose a customer.

Regarding the FedEx taxes, these charges are determined by customs authorities and the carrier in the destination country. They are not penalties and are not imposed by us, but are related to import regulations. That said, this does not diminish the inconvenience you experienced.

POOR PEOPLE
Il est étrange que cette plateforme soit connue au niveau international, car elle fonctionne très mal et ne respecte pas ses clients.
J'ai acheté un billet cubain de 1 peso 2001 pour 3,00 € et rien que pour l'expédition de la France vers l'Italie, ils m'ont facturé 18,00 €, alors que le coût réel ne dépasse pas 8/9 €.
J'ai écrit plusieurs fois à leur adresse e-mail pour comprendre s'il y avait une erreur dans ce coût si élevé, et aussi pour leur demander de modifier le coût d'expédition, mais je recevais toujours une réponse automatique sans solution à mon problème.
À un certain moment, j'ai reçu un e-mail de la plateforme avec le numéro de suivi et mon envoi déjà effectué, donc personne ne m'a aidé, ni même répondu. Ce sont aussi des voleurs, car cette façon d'agir a démontré qu'ils savaient qu'ils avaient appliqué un tarif frauduleux.
Au final, j'ai payé 18,00 € pour un envoi de la France vers l'Italie. 😁 Et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Pauvres gens.

It's strange that it's an internationally known platform, because it works very poorly and doesn't respect its customers.
I purchased a Cuban 1 Peso 2001 banknote for €3.00, and they charged me €18.00 just for shipping from France to Italy, when the actual cost is no more than €8/9.
I wrote to them several times to ask if there had been a mistake in the high cost and to ask them to change the shipping cost, but I always received an automated reply without any solution to my problem.
At one point, I received an email from the platform with the tracking number and my shipment already made, so no one helped me, or even replied. They are also thieves, because this way of acting showed that they knew they had applied a fake rate.
In the end, I paid €18.00 for a shipment from France to Italy. 😁 And I still haven't received it. Poor things.
