I have made this account, last year and I remembered I did, searched for it in my email and found it, so I was quite happy because I heard very good things about it. I have deposited 500 usd to the site and with great luck, I turned it into 2000 usd, all in eth currency. then in a bit the site has logged me out and my login was blocked. I try to talk to the support and they give me this:

"For security reasons, your account has been permanently blocked, you will be no longer be able to access our platform or create a new account.
Our security team has sent you a detailed explanation via email which you can reply to for more information"

I have NOT received any email from anyone, my funds and my winnings are in the account, and they block my IP for the chat, if I want to ask them again, that for the love of god, what is happening. On the terms and conditions, I have found that my country (what you can select from the dropdown menu) is a restricted country, Hungary, but last year when I created the account I lived in paraguay, that is not on the restricted list. So maybe the block Is for that, but nobody is explaining anything to me, I have not lied or cheated, simply I did not know that Hungary is on the list, bc of the reasons above. I woudl like to have my funds and or my winnings back, because this is unheardof, letting ppl register form restricted countries and then take their money. Respectfully that is a scam and as far as I know, this IS a legitimate website. Please customer service do something about this....

I heard about cbet through a good friend who is a streamer, and i figured i wanted to help him out by playing on the site which he was gonna take a sponsor from. I depo near 500 dollars usd. And i was almost at my last dollar, spinning slots. Then i win 1900 dollars cad. Lucky? yea, all up until i try to withdraw my winnings. My account is verified, i have done kyc, i even asked support all the questions i could think of to make the withdraw as smooth as possible. 1. i withdraw my winnings waiting for it to appear in my wallet. It takes 1 day, and i get a error saying their provider is overloaded, and that i need to wait 72 hours for it to resolve. 2. I wait 72 hours and tried again.It takes another day, but this time they reject my attempt, saying that cbet management wanted to review my account. And that i will be contacted by email.
3. Now another 72 hours im still waiting for an email, but i get no option to send them a message.

Now i would like to say that live support is fast to answer. But You can not trust their knowledge, as it seems to me that they just want to be done with the conversation as quick as possible, giving u a short answer to ur question (which doesnt really answer it) just to close the conversation before u get an answer. Or send you a copy paste pre written paragraph of something unrelated.
