The first time i ordered stuff from this website i got the things and it didn’t take long so i had a good experience the first time i placed an order. I placed an order again and it said an error occurred even though the money was taken from my account , so i tried again and it said the same thing but they also took money again. So i paid double the money but it still said error.

Sure, it's a website with a good variety of products, BUT. The filters don't work. It only applies one filter (for example, no coconut oil), but fails to exclude products with another filter I choose. This means I have to still manually check every product and whether it does or does not contain the correct ingredients. I have communicated this to them as well. There's no option to sort products from low to high/high to low prices either. And, for almost two years now, their points system has not functioned. Every time I have called them asking whether it's being fixed, I get told it's in process. Sending me a free product once is great, but I am losing points every time I order and the system doesn't register it. They also can't tell me if the points will be awarded with retroactive effect, nor when the system will work again. It's been two years. I need to order products again and I am seriously doubting whether to order from them, but because they - mostly - carry what I need, I probably will. Too bad there's no reward at all anymore and that all my previous points are gone.

I made a mistake in my order but was promptly helped by the very friendly and helpful customer service. I ended up making two orders but they were combined into one delivery and the transport costs were promptly refunded. Correct amount of the right products arrived in Belgium the following day. Very happy!
