Nice models BUT login to download is never working on my Windows 11 PC using neither Firefox, Edge or Opera browser neither in normal nor incognito mode. After typing in mail and password there appears a short red banner, the text "signed in" appears , all this stuff disappears all within a second - and I'm not signed in and cannot download. Following all the "disable adblockers, delete cookies" stuff but did not work neither. I always have to forward the download link to my Android phone, opening it in the Samsung browser where the login is working nicely, waiting 20 seconds, download and forward to my PC.

Recently I applied 3 times, and every time I got immediate help. CGT customer service is brilliant. Keep going.

Response time is awesome if you have an issue with any asset and a creator isn’t getting back to you. Thankful for the helpful peeps at CGTrader!

Be careful of their refund policy. The main page mentions you just need to request a refund and destroy the goods, then buried under a different tab hidden from view and only seen if dug deeper you'll find they have a different policy.

Rotten Leechs

To download a free model you have to register, make you wait *before* telling you so.

Nice trick handling you potential customers this awful ; problem is: if your business presentation card is treating potential customers without respect straight away, you're not doing a good job into presenting yourself.

Save time, other websites allow you to download without registration and if registration is needed, they simply tell you so immediately (and not put up a fake queue to manipulate you).

I placed an order of about 250 euros with MyBank, due to an "internal error" even though I had paid, I could not download the files because they were as if they had never been purchased. I proceeded with a PayPal complaint, which was rejected in favor of these Latvian ass**les. I hope you spend that money on medicines.

CGTrader is a good option for buying models since it is a platform for various freelancers to commercialize their models. The problem lies in the fact that the website seems to be highly focused on selling and does not bother to check the different models and their descriptions. I purchased a model that had an incorrect description, which misled me into making a purchase. This is illegal in my country. When I reported this to the website and requested a refund for the amount paid for the model, CGTrader ignored my request and made excuses that have no legal basis and are completely absurd. Therefore, since this company apparently does not want to comply with the laws of the country where it sells its models, it is highly inadvisable, especially for making large purchases, as it can lead to significant problems with zero guarantees. Hence, I do not recommend it.

I have been working on cgtrader for over 2 years now, their royalty rate for selling models and 3d projects is the best compared to other platforms. Cgtrader support is very professional, helped me so many times when I had uses with some clients.
Would 100% recommend!

One day I bought 3 items separately at the CGTrader. 2 of them was able to purchase successfully. But for 1 item, I cannot finish payment process - the message on the web page said it is 'suspected fraud'.
Of course my credit card is OK. And I am not a fraud. So I wrote to support person of the CGTrader on Sunday afternoon.
Then I received an email from the support on Tuesday night. I successfully finished my payment process by its advice - clearing the cache and the cookies of the browser.
Yes, I know it is a fundamental action when you meet some problem on the web, and it should to be reminded and tried by myself. However I thank the CGTrader to remind me of the fundamental countermeasure with their quick response.

The platform is absolutely great! You can find everything you need when it comes to 3D.I also want to mention their customer service which is absolutely the best:very patient and kind and helpful.
