I bought a faulty laptop

I bought a laptop, only to discover it didn't charge.
I tried several charging cables. I took it to the PV repair shop. A few days later they told me that the port was faulty. However fixing the port won't promise if the battery was dead. I contacted CGX. They said that they wouldn't sell faulty PC. I was offered to return the PC, without a number to create the label. They deleted the link.

First time customer

I only ever buy gaming products from Ebay so I was a little hesitant at first but my order really exceeded expectations, I purchased a razer controller for my playstation and it was listed as grade b for condition and I was actually surprised at how good it was with barely a few marks on it, the free delivery was a nice touch and i was sent a tracking number when it was despatched, really great experience from start to finish, thank you!

I didn’t receive the tracking info or the store details like advised. My item still hasn’t turned up 9 days later since shipping and the item was a gift which has now past the date it was due
