Very good Hong Kong style milk tea
The Hong Kong style milk tea tastes very good, with tea and milk well balanced, and the right sweetness. I like it hot, and it is easy - just pour it in a mug and microwave it. On hotter days I drink it chilled; it is equally good.

I ordered online, a total of 2.5 litres. I was surprised it has a pretty long shelf life. However I think it is best consumed within 2 days after opening. Therefore if you are the only one in the family drinking the tea it’s advisable not to buy the 1 litre bottles. The tea can be too strong for some people, especially the sugar free ones.

We are glad to hear the shelf life surprised you - in a good way, we hope!
The reason for this is that the teas are freshly made to order and brewed using a specific process, however do not contain any added preservatives.
And yes, the custom no-sugar added version can be quite strong! We generally recommend our default versions with the standard sugar levels which aren’t too sweet but has just the right amount of sugar to bring out the tea aroma and balance the strength. However, if you are after an easier drinking version of our teas, we hope you will give our non-dairy milk teas a try which carries a very similar flavour profile and aroma, but lighter on the palate.
Thick and silky tea - love it!
Tried CHADONG’s limited edition kopi x milk tea and oh my, this drink! I’m typically not a fan of yin yang but this drink struck just the right balance. The tea is thick, the sweetness complements the bitterness of the coffee and overall it was not overly milky. CHADONG’s HK milk tea is great as well. Love that is it thick, smooth and not too sweet.

In recent years there has been a number of companies selling HK style milk tea in the UK. I have tried all of them and ChaDong is definitely the best and taste the most authentic. Their clementine tea is also very good, I like how the tea is neither too strong nor too weak.
Both the packaging and customer service is very good. The package was accepted by my porter as I was out but they sent an email to let me know it has been delivered.

amazing customer service and best tea I've had
the tea is some of the best I've had! It was for an entire team work event and people from all different background enjoyed it. Coming from vancouver, this milk tea definitely tastes high quality and authentic, and the customer service was amazing through the entire process and super easy to communicate with via email.
