Everything was great although my item was not in stock at the time of purchase, it did not specify it was back ordered on the website. I called and they told me it was on the way to their store. I received it soon after. Would order from there again.

Slow delivery time
Slow delivery time. No communication between purchaser and seller. The temperature gauge actually broke during installation. I drove to Napoleon in Barrie and purchased a replacement for $11.00 cheaper than your price.

The temperature gauge you ordered was not in stock at the time of purchase on August 4 (and marked as a "non-stock item" on our site), which is why it shipped on August 21, as soon as our shipment from Napoleon arrived.
Regarding pricing, our retail price is the same as Napoleon Home Comfort's in Barrie — the difference you noted was the shipping charge, which doesn’t apply to in-store pickups. We weren’t made aware that your gauge broke during installation, otherwise we would have been happy to discuss options with you.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we’ll continue working to improve communication around non-stock items so future customers know exactly what to expect.

Very personable and attentive to our fireplaces. He took his time explaining the ins and outs of our units. One unit had glass beads which he removed and rubbed them together and put them back. Now our flame has a whimsical bluish colour. Very nice. I have been a customer of Chadwick and Hacks since 2013.
Very satisfied with all my experiences.

I purchased big green egg touch up…
I purchased big green egg touch up paint. When I applied it to the stove cap it was not even close in a match. I emailed Chadwicks and Sarah got right back to me and sent a message to BGE. Apparently the paint was off and they are making a new batch and one will hopefully be shipped to me. Thansk to Sarah for her attention to this problem.

I shopped for a very long time for the Napoleon 4 burner bbq and Chadwick's price was the lowest by far including taxes and shipping. The team went above and beyond in arranging delivery for me seeing that I needed it to be assembled before hand and brought to the back yard on my back patio as I live alone and have no one to help. They reviewed the logistics and even though in the end I had them just drop it off in the garage and had someone else help me they still delivered the bbq on time and the grill is amazing!
