Real customer service
Always great and friendly customer service. I recently purchased a second fireplace from Chadwicks only to find out it was missing parts and had some minor damage. Upon speaking with customer service I was quickly forwarded to the manager and ensured I would be taken care of. The fireplace I had bought was not in stock but was given another option for the same price and had it ready for me within 20 min of my phone call!

Frost one was cracked. Second was wrong part. Third time was correct part. Customer sever was great.

The only complaint i have is them using the Signature on delivery.
I'm never home in the week days and would appreciate just a drop off.
I missed my delivery and then have to make an hour round trip to purolator to retrieve it.

Only place I could find brushes B&D Mower
Only place I could find brushes for an older B&D mulching mower. Amazon was twice the price!
Happy to not have to buy a new mower.
