The game's concept is fantastic and has everything it takes to be a success. But you urgently need to create new tiers, because when we reach tier 3 it becomes impossible to compete with infinitely richer players, which discourages investing in the game. There should be at least 10 tiers to ensure fair rewards.

It would be best if you get an app (android and ioS) to accommodate vast accessibility

The game was broken for some days and on socials media they kept saying we will send compensation but that never arrived and they keep trying to milk people with some offers while you cant make any real earnings from the game... People still waiting for the loss of earnings from 1 week of missing out due to their own issues. I wish there was a way to sell the useless NFTs I have and get out but there is no way to sell ...

Chainers seriously needs to wake up.

My farming system is completely broken — I cannot use ANY seeds because the USE button does absolutely nothing. Farming is one of the main mechanics in this game, and right now it is literally unplayable for me.

I reported this to support, and what did I get?

❌ No follow-up
❌ No solution
❌ No ETA
❌ No compensation
❌ No real communication whatsoever

It feels like once they send the first template response, they just disappear.

Meanwhile, I’m stuck with:

Zero farming progress

Zero harvest

Zero rewards

Zero updates

And a completely broken core system

This is absolutely unacceptable for a live service game.

If Chainers wants to be taken seriously, they need to fix their support and stop pretending everything is fine. Players shouldn’t have to shout into the void for basic functionality.

A game-breaking bug with zero real support response is NOT something any serious project should allow.

Until the farming system is fixed and fair compensation is given for the lost progress, this review stays right where it is.

Game returns to Free To Play to Pay To Play, you need so much CFB to do something such as merging planting boards in high levels. You need 650 CFB and 98 fertilizers beside 2 Metal Plots for Stone Plot. Also they highered the cost for buying something for example you have to pay 680 CFB for Chinchilla before but lately the cost came to 1000 CFB. You need to pay $25 for 1000 CFB. It is now hard to earn CFB in game pool.
Edit: Game is more playable now but still expensive
Edit 2: After recent updates game play gone slightly bad. Feeding system and collecting system not useless anymore. You can remove garden matterials and animals while you are trying to feed and seeding crops. Still expensive.

They have favorits users who they treat better then others also if they make a mistake and caus some problems for users its only some users who gets the benefits.... this i found out thought discord... how sad

I even contacted support about have soo much lag and a claimed daily bug and the next day i find out that it dident claim at all. i asked for some help but was accused of haveing a bad connection and etc etc like it was MY problem and MY fault come on how bad are they at running this system last week was insanely laggy just now they decided to fix it......

but after i again asked for some help with my daily problem they just ignore me and then its fun to read on discord that soo many have problems but funny enough they get them fixed so again Dont waste time on this its not worth it .....

unless you wanna follow the devs around and bark when they ask you too then you might get some extra stuff out of it but come on... a place that dont treate all the users the same but treate some users better with free stuff
and there support is whorse the Ea support

they dont sell corn becaus corn is needed for missions no no no theres a rotation in shop i was told now a month or more after i asked theres still no corn Nice scam to get users to waste ALOT of money on buying seeds for NO reason other then a SCAM

I purchase from the shop..but my purchase dit not appears and my Ethereum coins successfully deducted from my Trust Wallet account.so disappointed.i want my ethereum refunded back

When I proceed to buy some product, until 3 days ago, all normal, but yesterday and today dont let me pay with Visa debit card. Appears like "some errors occurs", plz solve this problem, or is imposible to buy.

my immutable is not connecting to the Chainers Account, I try to email you guys twice but no response and support ticket from Discord is not working. Also the bugs about the seeds become gray colors, we cannot use it.

What went Wrong is that i log in to receive the daily log in and i got to day 2 reward for October the Margold Seeds i clicked claim and never received the reward in the farm. tried to find customer support but was unable to locate proper link that worked. thanks

Chainers is one of the few NFT games that actually feels fun. The art is super quirky, and the gameplay is simple but addictive. I love how you can customize your character and earn stuff without needing to spend a ton. The community is active, and the devs seem to care. Definitely worth checking out if you're into Web3 or just want something different.

I been here from the the beginning, or long enough to remember when your Gitbook talked about merging cosmetic NFTs to shine them. I see you have strayed from that path but I'm not disappointed as I like the potential I see in this game.
Obviously the farming is great. Been here to see all the changes and still have a rose or two. Like the new system, but it's definitely time to increase the pool rewards.
Been here to see a new game coming soon for years and that is what it is and you know it. Site feels like a fancy faucet to be honest, but truth is I'm still here. I care more than ever, and am hopeful. I genuinely like referring people cuz there is something here.
The upgrades are great! Missions and all that. Really! Love it! I'm just hoping now that all of it is in place we are gonna get down to business.
I dont know if any one else has noticed the similarity between this and Sunflower Land, or if yall affiliated, but I'm hoping that the kinda game this gonna become. I also remember in the old Gitbook days of yall talking about an open marketplace. I really hope this is a game that will naturally warrant that eventually.

I can honestly say I have not found another game, community, and fun with any other web3 games, and on top of that, you DO earn Crypto!
